Now I will introduce a new friend for you. He’s Sam. He had a very happy Sunday. Do you want to know what he did? All right, let’s have a look together. (出示Sam上周日踢足球的图片。) Yeah, he played football with his friends. But when they came back home, it rained. So they ran home quickly.Finally, their face, body and clothes were very dirty. 3. Let’s read after him/her. d. Students are divided in to three big groups. Students who want to read the words and sentences put up the hands. If they read one word and sentence correctly, his/ her groups will get one star. e. 学习完dirty, wash之后，2个单词和句型一起简要跟读复习。并且随机出示单词的图片，让学生说出单词。最后随机变换三个单词的顺序，让学生朗读。

f. 学习完本课时5个单词之后和句型之后，老师领读一遍5个单词和句型。

4. Practice 单词游戏。随机让一个单词消失，让小组成员举手，并朗读改单词，朗读对者，为自己所在的大组得到一颗星星。此比赛延续至下个巩固环节。

5. Consolidation a. 全体学生跟录音通读歌曲this is the way的歌词。

b. 学生跟老师朗读歌词，教师纠正发音不准确的单词或句子，并加以强化练习。

c. 学生听音频，小声哼唱歌曲。

d. 学生跟音频一起大声演唱歌曲2遍。

e. 学生一起单独演唱歌曲。

f. 三个大组分组逐个进行演唱展示，演唱正确，流畅，音准的大组，给予两颗星星的奖励。

g. 单个学生演唱展示，根据演唱优秀的程度并给其相应大组奖励1----2颗星星。

Ⅳ. Homework a. Read the words on page 24（读24页的单词）. b. Try to sing the song this is the way. Ⅴ. Blackboard layout I’ll write the new words and sentences on the left side. I’ll stick the word cards and cartoon photos on the right side.
