Greet the Ss in English and read a rhyme. 2.

Play game Play guessing game to review the numbers. 3. A rhyme Let Ss listen to the tape for 2 times. Guide and ask the pupils to clap hands while listening to the tape. Read and repeat the rhyme. After they can recite the rhyme, ask some pupils to perform in class. 4. Presentation Show pictures of clocks and teach Ss to recognize and read out the time. 5

Sum up A.T shows the time then Ss read out in English B. Ss read the rhyme together 6.

Lead in and presentation A. “Show the video and ask them to guess what they are talking about. Then guess what “What time is it?” means. B. T shows picture and asks a student “What time is it” then the student answers. C. T leads Ss to read the conversation. 4.

Practice

Ask Ss to use the target language to ask and answer. 5.

Sing a song Let Ss listen to the tape for 2 times. Guide and ask the pupils to clap hands while listening to the tape. Sing the song one sentence by one sentence. After they can sing the song, ask some pupils to perform in class.
