Unit 1 My day

C story time

一、教学目标

知识目标: 理解Story time文本的内容;能够朗读和表演故事;掌握本单元重点句型。

能力目标: 培养学生语音语调的能力;培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

情感目标: 教育学生合理安排业余活动;教育学生学会与他人分享东西。

二、学情分析

五年级的学生已具备一定的英语基础,而且对新事物较强的接受能力;

五年级学生对英语的兴趣有所下降,故事教学生动有趣,能有效激发学生的学习兴趣;

本单元前四个课时已经学过故事里的重点句型,在此基础上展开故事的学习,学生已做好了相关的知识储备。

三、重点难点

教学重点: 学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事的内容;能够有感情的朗读和表演故事;

教学难点: 理解生词的含义;复述故事的内容;描述自己的一周活动。

四、教具准备

教师准备多媒体课件,人物头饰。

五、教学过程

一、【导入】Warm up

1.enjoy a song 《weekend 》

通过英文歌曲,吸引学生的注意力,使学生尽快融入英语课堂学习的氛围。

2. Free talk

学生看图一问一答What do you often do on the weekend?回顾重点句型,为新课导入做铺垫。

(板书课题)

二、【讲授】Presentation

1. Pre-reading

T:Open your books ,turn to page 11;

Let’s learn the story.

what can you see in the picture?

S: Zoom and Zip。

T:Let's watch the cartoon and think about wh at they are talking about.(播放动画2分钟)

S:They are talking about Zip's week.

2. While-reading

Read the story carefully, try to find the a nswers of these five questions and underline the an swers with your pen.

What does Zip do on Thursday?

What does Zip do on Friday?
