本单元的教学内容是关于taste和smell的,所以学习相关的食物类单词:soup、noodles，以及相关的祈使句：Smell…Taste…，在上个学期已经有过接触Touch…的祈使句，学生很熟练的，本课要求学生能，能够熟练地说说本单元儿歌，也可以进行自创儿歌。在一年级上的时候，学生已经学习过相关的食物类的单词，如：pizza、hamburger、等等，知道食物是有香味的，好吃的，可以在本课学习中加入口语拓展内容：What do you like？之类的，让基础较好的学生能够得到更多的知识。

此课中学生比较难的是taste的发音,单词的运用，学生自创新的儿歌等。

2、学生情况分析（学生认知基础、学习能力、习惯、学习兴趣及差异状况等）

经过一个学期的学习，学生对英语学习比较感兴趣，学习习惯也比较好，同时已经接触过不少食物类的单词，对于soup已经在上学期的儿歌学习中学会了，其他的词汇放在句型中，边理解边运用，难度大的不是跟读，而是拼背和运用，孩子们的字母已经掌握，而从拼背简单词汇开始，要让他们在课堂上学会记忆单词，运用词汇说儿歌，说句子。
