Theme: Module 3 Things around us (3B)

Topic: Shapes Period: 3rd period Task: To be a polite kid Background study and material analysis: 本课的任教班级有学生33人,学生思维比较活跃,对于英语学习有比较浓厚的兴趣。通过2年多的学习,这些学生掌握了基本的礼貌问候用语,能简单地谈论自己的兴趣爱好以及询问他人的相关信息,但是在实际生活中还不能自如地实际运用。所以在本节课中,希望学生在放学后的这一主题下,能学会如何在家礼貌地款待自己的朋友,并通过表演的形式展示出来。针对三年级的学生心理特点,在学习的过程中,通过形象的记忆方法,让学生逐步养成记忆的习惯。在课堂上针对本课时say and act的特点,指导学生如何通过表情、语调、动作等来表演课文内容,并在所创设的情境中创编小剧本,完成整个故事的表演。

1 Purposes 读一段有关的flash进入say and act学习状态。

以上节课的post-task为这节课的引入,让学生们描述由图形组成的图片。

通过问答引出今天的学习主题,并出示课题。

听录音整体输入课文内容,让学生根据课文内容给图片排序。

看课文,让学生模仿录音中的声音和动作。

让学生根据角色记忆对话。

分组表演课文图1-3。

小小奥斯卡奖环节,让学生们有感情地表演.

结合礼仪英语,从Thank you这句话让学生们说说还能怎么表示感谢及回答。

让学生替换场景,让学生们操练多种感谢的表达。

让学生看着图片进行讨论Ben 和Kitty 会说些什么,听读学习图4内容。

又一阵敲门声引出邻居家的孩子Mary来Kitty家做客。创设Kitty和Ben热情款待她的情景。

让学生以小组为单位选择不同的图片编个小剧本并演一演。

课后让学生们演一演课中的故事,延续课堂内容
