II Teaching aims:

Step 2 Lead-in To introduce the new sentences: Where...from ? （板书）学生读并且说一说这两个词的意思。Where are you from ? （补全板书）学生读。

T:Can you ask me?

Ss: Where are you from ?

T:I’m from China.(板书)

Are you from China,too?

Ss: Yes, we are .

T: Where are you from ?

Ss:

We are from China. （板书）

Step 3 practice CAI展示云南、贵州、青海、海南、广西的图片，学生看图猜测出地名，学会地名正确的书写方法。

将写有这些地名的卡片发给各组，师生问答，小组问答，同桌问答。

Step 4 Consolidation and extention

1.Guessing game: CAI展示熊猫、加菲猫、英国女王、穿民族服饰的女士等具有典型地域特征或贴近学生生活的图片。学生通过向教师提问猜出他们的籍贯。Eg: Question:Where are they from ?

Ss: Are they from Henan? T: No,they aren’t. Ss: Are they from Sichuan? T: Yes,you are right. A gift for you. Answer: They are from Sichuan. 齐读各幅图片的问句及答语,并能看图问答。

2.Game：Name

教师展示自编歌曲内容，引入本土文化，在与学生共唱歌曲的同时感受家乡的美丽，抒发自豪感。
