教材分析：外研版高二选修7 Module 4 Music Born in America,由于学生对于音乐这一话题比较感兴趣，尤其提到Hip Hop学生在现实生活中也有所了解，因此对于本模块知识点的学习希望学生能利用所学到的词汇及表达方式并以音乐为主题展开讨论，从而让学生在平时生活中口头表达对音乐的理解。

学情分析：学生一向对知识点的课型感到枯燥、乏味，因此如何有效调动学生课堂的积极性是本节课的难点，同时利用所学知识融汇成口头作文对于大部分学生现有的水平有些难度，所以通过学生的基础将学生分组，采取竞争机制能充分展示学生的自主探究和合作意识。

教学过程(Teaching Procedures) Step 1. Lead-in

(1) What are they doing in the picture? They are dancing. (2) Do you know what kind of dance do they dance? It’s hip-pop. What do you know about it?

Step 2. Revision

Filling in the blanks with the words given below. Hip hop is an American (1) ___________________ which started in the 1970s at block parties in New York, (2) ___________________ in a district called the Bronx. There are four main (3) ___________________ of hip hop: breakdance and graffiti art plus two types of hip hop music –

但是部分同学考虑自己口语的问题不敢发言，这需要我在今后的教学中对这一部分学生加以鼓励，争取让每个学生都能自由的表达自己内心对音乐的理解并探索音乐在人们生活中所起到的作用。
