phrases(spring,summer,autumn,winter,plant trees,ride a bike).

Nurture students’love towards nature and different seasons by learning this period.

Ss learn phrases and describe different seasons.
Difficult points
Ss prastice the sentence pattern by using the vocabulary learned in this class. And form a small composition.

Teaching process
Step One Leading in
a.Greetings.
b.Warming-up(the happy song).
c.Divide the Ss into four groups. Invite all the students to visit the season park(Spring Park Summer Park Autumn Park Winter Park). Every park stands for a group.
d.Leading in
T:Yesterday is a special day.Do you know why?
Ss:Because3.12/ it’s Tree Planting Day.
T:Yes you are right. March 12th is Tree Planting Day. So spring is coming. T:Today we are going to learn Unit2 Spring is coming!(Write down the title)
Step Two New presentation
a.Let’s chant.
Spring,spring I love spring.
Spring ,spring,you love spring.
Spring,spring,he loves spring.
Spring,spring,she loves spring.
Spring,spring,we loves spring.
Spring,spring,they loves spring.
b.Review the words learned.
Teacher shows the word card ,read a word like spring, students should speak the word all the time and when they see the word, they show the “V”gesture and say “Oh yeah, I find spring.” Do in this way to review all the words.

There are four seasons in a year. They are spring, summer,autumn and winter.
e-2Which months are in spring?
They are March,April and May.
Teach the following three seasons in the same way and fill in the chart.

Step Four Practice
a.Ss and teacher so the conversations together.
b.Ss write down their own conversations in pairs and have a performance.
c.Play a game----Read and judge.If the sentence is true.Ss say,Yeah Yeah Yeah and nod.If the sentence is false,Ss say No No No and wave hands. d.Let’s love nature and love our lives.So we can together to plant a tree on our earth.Please write down your words on a piece of paper and post it on the blackboard.
e. Every one in our class has done a great job. Let’s count their decoration in different park.

a.Draw a picture of your favorite season and describe your favorite season with the words learned in the class.
