Unit 5 July is the seventh month. Lesson 27 【教学目标】

1.知识目标：

(1). 学习如何用英语说出9—10月，简单谈论相关的介绍。

(2). 学习句型: September is the ninth month of the year.21世纪教育网21 October is the tenth month of the year等。

2.能力目标：

（1）能够运用所学知识进行情景交流，把9-10月的节日情况进行具体描述。

（2）使学生利用关键词跟图片对课文进行复述，培养学生听说读及英语表达能力，调动学生大胆说英语的积极性。

3.情感目标： 提高学生的学习兴趣，并增强他们的自信心，热爱自己的老师，热爱祖国。21世纪教育网

1、熟练掌握单词：September,October, Teachers’ Day,China’s National Day 2、理解并准确掌握句型。

September is the ninth month of the year. October is the tenth month of the year . 【教学难点】

句子的理解与应用。

【教具准备】

多媒体教学课件，教师节与国庆节的图片，照片，9月、10月有关活动的图片、照片。

三、课前准备

1．准备本课的教学课件，视频。

2．准备一个日历册。

3．学生准备反映9月，10月特征及相关节日特征的图片、照片。

【教学过程】2 Step 1.Pre-reading Task 1 Task 1 Listen to the song “Months of the Year”. T:How many months are there in a year? Ss:There are twelve months of the year. Now first let’s listen to the song,then sing a song together. Task 2 Look and say the months Can you say the months? the first month --------- January, the second month----- February the third month--------March the fourth month-------- April the fifth month---------- May the sixth month--------- June the seventh month-------July the eighth month--------August Task 3 Review some festivals .

Step 2.While-reading Task 1 Look and guess the month. T:We have learned eight months.What are they? Ss :They are January、February、March…

T:Let’s take a look(出示课件) T:January is the first month of the year.Follow me let’s say together. Ss:February is the second month of the year.

March is the third month of the year...Do you know the next month is ? S: September . Task 2 Ask some questions about September . 1. 展示一份年历，教师提问：

2.展示年历，让学生找到答案：September is the ninth month of the year.教师领读单词September, ninth和完整句子

。注意读音September /sepˈtembə(r)ww-nine---ninth.去掉字母e再加th. Task 3 Read part one again and talk. 1.Open your books and turn to page 59 .cirle what festivals ,when is it ? 2.T: Who can ask some questions about September ? S1 What festival is in September? S2 When is the festival? S3 Who can celebrate the festival? S4 What do the students do? S5 How do you feel in the festival? 3.Ss answer some questions . Task 4 Let’s watch the video .Listen to the part one again and read after it .
