本课堂教学的设计主要依据教材和学生的年龄特点，依据新课程标准的精神，从激发学生的学习兴趣、培养良好的自主学习习惯、丰富生活经验和提高认知水平出发，科学安排教学内容，合理设计教学任务，开展形式多样的教学活动，让学生亲身体验，大胆实践，积极参与，共同合作与交流，帮助学生在任务性的教学途径下发展综合语言运用能力，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。 2.教学背景分析

教学内容分析：

本课是九年义务教育六年制重大版小学英语四年级Unit5 Those are pandas. Lesson1.本课是第一课时，以Animals为主题，以句子“What are these?”

“They are …”询问回答来多个动物为主线开展活动，本课内容孩子们比较有兴趣能激发他们的学习兴趣。

学生情况分析：

学生是十岁左右的孩子，生性活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛等特别感兴趣。大多数学生能在老师的引导，自己的主动和同学们的帮助下完成简单的日常会话，对学习英语有了一定的基础和兴趣，但也有少数学生没有足够的兴趣，在课堂上不积极参与，有的学生不敢积极回答问题。所以课堂上主要以激发学生学习兴趣为主，鼓励学生大胆说，积极做。并逐步培养学生自主学习的习惯。

3.教学目标分析

1、能灵活运用单词giraffe, tiger, lion, elephant, 以及句子What are these? They are ….? 2、通过小组合作交流达到互帮互助的学习态度。

3、通过学习让学生懂得爱护、保护动物。

设计意图：通过复习字母引出本课学习主题，再通过有趣的听声音辨别动物，不仅复习以前所学动物单词，更能通过有趣的活动激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

步骤2：Step2 Leading in and practise 1.

It’s brown and black. Can you guess what it is? It’s the king of the animal. What’s this? T: It’s a tiger. (教师板书并领读该单词讲解复数。) T: What are these? They are tigers. （2）Riddle T: Here comes another animal. What is it? It has long legs and long neck. T: It’s giraffe. So clever. Look！What’s this? It’s a giraffe. (教师板书并教授单词讲解复数。) （3）Shadow T: Here’s a shadow. Whose shadow is it? Can you guess? (大屏幕呈现大象的影子，通过影子的形状，帮学生猜测。) S: It’s an elephant. T: Excellent. It’s an elephant. (板书并领读讲解复数) T: Can you remember this word? Now let’s spell together. E-L-E-P-H-A-N-T. T: What are these? They are elephants. What are those?

What are these? Game1: 分别给几组命名为动物单词的名字，听录音，听到哪个单词所代表的组就起立并大声读出单词。

Game2: 单词卡中夹着灰太狼的卡片，让同学们读单词，如果看见灰太狼图片，就躲住，做静息状。

1. T: Look at the screen? What are these? They are …(幻灯出示图片和问句) 教读句子。准备句型条。

Ask one by one. 设计意图：通过猜谜等游戏引出新单词，再通过两个有趣的游戏让本节课同学们学习的热情达到高潮，通过开火车的游戏操练了句子。

步骤3：Step3 Consolidaition 10min

1.根据图片每组编造对话，并展示。

Sl：What are these? S2：They are tigers． S1：How many tigers? S2：Ten tigers． 设计意图：通过小组合作，培养学生合作精神，互学交流，让会用孩子帮助不会的孩子，通过编造对话巩固本课所学的单词和句子。
