教学目标

1. 语言知识目标：

1）能运用phonics发音规律拼读单词：duck, kick, quack, fox, max, ref, bell, ring等单词。

2）能快速认读如：and, the, with, up, of, off, six, here, come, his, him, come等常见词。

3）能较流利地读出并理解故事中的句子。

2. 语言技能目标：

1）通过整体感知、理解故事和新单词。

2）通过在教学中运用自然拼读法和认读sight words，降低阅读的难度，提高孩子们的阅读能力，增强阅读的自信心。

3. 情感态度目标：

1）树立孩子们英语阅读的信心，享受阅读的乐趣；

2）培养孩子们阅读的良好习惯，形成良好的阅读素养。

3）树立孩子们正确的比赛观，形成良好的行为习惯。

1）能够仔细观察、分析，利用图片、阅读材料等获取信息，预测故事内容。

上课对象为小学四年级学生，四年级的小朋友已掌握按字母发音规律的拼词方法来拼读单词。在日常教学中，已经学习、积累了一些sight words。本节课通过运用自然拼读法和认读常见词的策略，降低孩子们阅读的难度，帮助他们流畅阅读，增强他们阅读的自信心，提高阅读的能力。

本故事材料选至外研社丽声拼读故事会第三级的内容，故事内容讲述Foxes和Ducks 进行了一场足球比赛。Max 在比赛中犯规，被罚离场，最终ducks 赢得了比赛。内容中包含了发音ck/k/、x/ks/的单词, 引导学生发现规律，便于上口。故事趣味性强，有利于培养学生的阅读兴趣和习惯。故事富含教育意义，有利于对学生进行情感教育。
