课时说明: 本节课为《牛津英语》高下第五单元课文What should I do的第三课时。第一课时为课文梳理，主要帮助学生了解文章的内容。第二课时为词汇积累，帮助学生们梳理新词和新的表达。第三课时将基于第二课时词汇课的基础上进行展开，以教材的Strategy和Grammar部分作为切入点，进行词汇和语法的整合分析与练习。

学情介绍: 参与班级是高一(8)班。此班在平行班中的基础较好，上课活跃。可以适当在Strategy部分进行展开，帮助学生们认识一些多义词。并且语法部分可以可以结合第四单元的非谓语状语，以综合性考察加深学生对过去知识点的把握，同时吸收本单元的语法点。

Teaching Objectives: 1. To introduce polysemy to Ss with the help of filling out two passages with the same word box. 2. To teach students how to use infinitives and -ing verbs behind perception verbs and other verbs with the help of doing two sets of drills.

Main Teaching Focuses: 1. To help students know different meanings of the same word with the help of context. 2. To let Ss understand the differences between infinitives and -ing verbs behind the same verb.
