《Unit5 What’s the weather like today ? 》Part A 教学目标

1.语言知识:能听说读写sunny、rainy、cloudy、windy、snowy、weather report、moon、star、see you。

2.语言技能:能通过所学知识流畅的用英语谈论天气。

3.情感态度: 培养学生热爱大自然，保护环境的意识。

4.教学策略：多媒体课件直观教学。

5.文化意识：了解英美国家的天气情况。

教学重点: 能听说读写sunny、rainy、cloudy、windy、snowy weather report、moon、star、see you。

教学难点: 会用--What’s the weather like today?来进行简单的英语口语交际

教学用具： 多媒体课件，卡片，实物

教学过程: Step1: Warming up and lead-in

以师生谈论天气热身，复习旧单词snow,wind,cloud,rain，sun自然导入新课. 师自问自答做示范:what’ the weather like in spring ? It’s warm. 师:Do you know? what’ the weather like in summer?

生作答。可以问四季来活跃课堂。

师(手指窗外,慢慢的问两遍): what’s the weather like today? 师板书课题,并让孩子们翻开书,好找与今天所对应的天气的图片和单词。 Step2: Presentation 1. 师展示PPT(应与实际天气一致),引入学习, 师:(手指动态太阳)what’s this....yeah, it’s a sun. Sun makes us feel sunny. 通过自然拼读法和拆分单词法教授生词。

sun+ny = sunny以“男生读写sun, 女生读写ny, 每组读3遍”来操练单词。 2. 师展示PPT(手指动态白云)what’s this....yeah, it’s a cloud. cloud makes us feel cloudy.操练单词。

3. 师展示PPT 师:oh... The flowers are so sad! It’s a heavy rain. 师展示rain,自己根据前面两个单词的规律,造词,并展示学习的

创造。 师总结“造词规律”描写天气的单词仅仅是在名词后加一个字母“y”

师根据老师的提示自主学习windy、snowy。 4. 师检查学生的学习情况,之后出示ppt5、6 师:can you find “sunny”is very special.讲解(突破单词难点) 5. 出示PPT7 sun+ny = sunny cloud+y =cloudy rain+y=rainy wind+y=windy snow+y=snowy 师再次强调造词规律,小组开火车形式操练单词。 师:what is all the words about?.... Yeah, they are all about the weather.声音大小变化操练生词。

师:Do you want to learn how to ask the weather? We often use “what’s the weather like today?”

小组齐读操练句子。 6. 教师手指黑板上的词汇,提问学生“what’s the weather like ?引导学生个人用“it’s ....”依次回答。 教师出示PPT9-13男女分角色一问一答操练句型。

Step3: Consolidation 1. Do a game 2. 与同桌用英语谈论今天的天气。

Step4: Summary 1.学了sunny、rainy、cloudy、windy、 snowy等10个单词。 2. 用英语来谈论天气。 ---What’s the weather like today? ---It’s sunny/rainy/windy
