Read after the teacher some sentences. I am a student,I love my family,my school, my class,and my teacher.I work hard every day.I will be the best one. Step 2: Lead in: Make a dialogue: T:What’s the date today? thS:It’s April 18. T:What season is it? Ss:It’s spring. T:How do you feel?Do you feel warm? Ss: Yes ,we do. T:Look out of the window!Can you see the sun?It’s a fine day. Step3.Presentation: 1.Show the new lesson:Part A Let’s learn Teach new words:sunny ,rainy,snowy,cloudy. First,show the picture of sun,rain,snow, cloud. Let the students look at the screen ,Then talk about the picture.eg. Look at the sun ,It’s sunny.It’s warm…

Use the same way to learn the other words. 板书：sun-sunny,rain-rainy, cloud-cloudy Snow-snowy. Then say the following sentences: It’s raining .It’s a rainy day. It’s snowing.It’s a snowy day. 2.Teach star and moon: Show the pictures of star and moon. Then let the students guess the words.The teacher describes:T: Sometimes it’s round,but sometimes it’s like a boat.It often comes out at night.What is it? Ss:It’s the moon. T:Good! You are great. T:Now let’s say the other. Ss:It’s small,There are many in the sky.They often come out at night.What is it? Ss :It’s star. 3.Teach weather report: If you want to know :What’s the weather like tomorrow? How do you know? Yes, we can see the weather report.

Step3.Drills: 1.

Listen to the tape, let the students read after the tape. 2.

Play a game.Call one student come to the Bb .The teacher raises the word card.let the student catch the card,the students read the words together. Step4．Practice 1.I say you do The teacher says the words,the students do the actions.eg: T:rainy
