求是学生对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好。能用简单的英语互致问候、交换有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息。能根据所学内容表演小对话或歌谣。能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。能根据图片或提示写简单的句子。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教。乐于了解异国文化、习俗。本课重点是能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。

教材分析

本单元的题目是“School in Canada”，讲授了李明到加拿大以后走进学校学习的情况。单元围绕李明来到Jenny的学校的学习生活展开。

本节故事课“Be Safe on the Way”是单元内容的拓展和延伸。讲述Sam，Al ，Oba和Neva几个学生在开学的第一天等校车时探讨如何保证上学路上的安全，在阅读故事的过程中巩固了本单元所学的频度副词，提高了阅读技能，更重要的是学生在运用英语语言读懂故事、思考在上学的路上如何保证自身的安全的过程中体会到语言学习的乐趣，增强安全意识，提升英语学习的自信心。

学情分析

教学对象是六年级第一学期的学生，经过前面的学习和积累，他们已经有了基本的英语语言积累，但也开始出现两级分化的趋势，有些学生甚至对阅读产生恐惧心理。因此教师需要鼓励并引导学生发展阅读策略，培养略读、寻读等阅读策略；增强小组合作意识，通过共同完成任务，降低阅读难度，

增强学生自信心；在教学中设计不同层级的问题和活动增强他们的课堂活动参与意识，鼓励每一位学生发言，让每一个孩子都能体验英语学习的成功和快乐。

七、课后反思

本课是六年级上册的语篇阅读教学。阅读过程中，重在

培养学生的阅读兴趣，教会学生简单的阅读策略。在学习和实践的基础上，体现了以下特点：

1．各班学生层次不一，学习能力较差的同学兴趣不高，

甚至羞于参与课堂教学。针对这一情况，可以发挥小组合作，

同桌交流的形式，让所有的学生都能参与课堂活动，以便各

有所获。

2．整堂课中，注意学生阅读方法和阅读习惯的培养。在逐步理解故事的过程中，分别让学生采用快速读、默读、

跟读、朗读方式进行学习。而且在每一次的活动中，我都让

学生带着一定的任务去读，具有一定的目的性，并规定用不

同符号在文中画出答案，培养学生勾画、做批注的习惯。

3．对于高年级的学生而言，英语思维的发展重要性逐

步凸显出来。我们应该力图通过不同形式、不同层次的活动，

跳出机械认读的学习方式，激活学生的思维，学生思维发展是一个长期训练的过程。

英语教学应提倡“学中用，用中学，学用结合，学以致用”。在教学过程中，学和用是一个整体。为实现教学目标，我所设计的每一个教学游戏活动始终将学生置于一种自主、和谐、轻松的自然学习氛围中，从而使学生在不断地习得和使用语言中将语言知识内化，为学生自我求知、自我获取知识创造了有利条件，促进了学生思维的活跃和才能的发挥。
