《PEP 5B Unit 1 Part C Story time》教学设计

一、教材分析 本课选自义务教育PEP小学英语教科书五年级下册教材第一单元，重点学习一天中不同时间段内学习和生活起居情况以及周末活动安排的表达，尤其是学会使用频度副词谈论日常生活。本单元内容与日常生活息息相关，便于学生在学习中理解和运用，学生有话可说，可以培养学生的语言交际能力。本课时是C部分的story time，我把它设置为本单元的第六课时，它是本单元的选学内容。

二、教学目标

《英语课程标准》指出：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是小学英语教学的基本任务。在认真分析教材的基础上，我针对学生实际，将本课时的教学目标确定如下：

知识目标:理解Story time文本的内容;能够朗读和表演故事;掌握本单元重点句型。 能力目标:培养学生语音语调能力;培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

情感目标:教育学生合理安排业余活动;教育学生学会与他人分享东西;教育学生要积极与他人合作,相互帮助共同完成学习任务。

三、教学重点: 学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事的内容;能够有感情的朗读和表演故事;复习与巩固有关人物一周活动安排的词汇和句型。

四、教学难点:

理解生词的含义;复述故事的内容;描述自己的一周活动。

五、教学方法：

教法：为了突破这堂课的重难点，我本着贯彻新课标以学生为主体，教师为主导的理念，主要采取TPR全身反应教学法、直观教学法、游戏教学法和任务型教学法，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

学法：结合以上的教学方法，引导学生在学习本课时采用模仿、合作的学习方式，为学生营造一个轻松、愉快的学习氛围。让每个学生都有机会说英语，敢开口说英语，增强学生学习英语的自信心，同时学生在合作交流的过程中培养了自主学习的能力和合作精神。

六、教学过程：

Step One: Warm-up: 1、Boys and girls, we’ve finished the context of Unit One, I’ll check how you master. First, Let’s play a game---Extremely Good Memory.(show the ppt)

----Ok, good job! （通过唱本单元的英文歌曲热身,吸引学生的注意力,使学生尽快融入英语课堂学习的氛围。）

2、Divide the students into two groups, and have a competition to review these phrases.(Now I’ll divide you into two groups, and let’s have a competition, the winner will gets the gift. 3、The weekend have just passed, Can you tell me：“What do you do on the weekend?” give me your answer, please. OK? （复习本单元的动词短语并进行师生会话,谈论“周末的活动”,What do you often do on the weekend?回顾重点句型,为新课导入做铺垫。）

Step Two: Presentation: 1、Pre-reading: ♦Great! I like your weekend. Now, I’ll show you an old friend—Zip, Can you guess “What does he do on the weekend?”

(the students try to guess) ♦Yeah, well done. Now I’d like to share a funny story with you, it’s about our friend ---Zip.(Super!) OK, let’s enjoy. Please watch carefully.(Play the video)

2、While-reading: ♦Watch the video, and show the picture of the story, try to guess the meaning of pictures of two, three and four, Explain the words(collect nuts, dry nuts, eat nuts) （通过猜测图片2、3、4的内容，帮助学生解决生词，为更好的理解和复述做好铺垫）

♦Watch the video again, and answer my questions: (1) What does Zip often do from Monday to Wednesday? (2) What does Zip often do on Thursday? (3) What does Zip often do on Friday?
