【教材及学情分析】

三年级的学生经过两年的英语学习之后，已经初步具备了英语学习的能力并养成了较好的学习习惯，他们在听、说、读、写等方面有了很大的进步。他们不仅能对老师的语音语调进行模仿，还能够用英语进行简单的日常交流。

在学习本单元之前，学生已经习得的相关描述性的形容词，如表示颜色的单词yellow/ black/white/ brown，表示形态特征的形容词lovely/ clever/big/ super，食品类单词meat/bamboo/banana，并能用I am…/ I can…对事物进行简单描述。

3BM2U1的单元主题是animals。通过Super animal show来学习动物lion, panda, tiger, monkey；并运用Do you like...? Yes, I do. /No, I don’t. 的句型来表达对动物的喜好。并在情景中体会动物的可爱和友善。

基于教学主题和内容，第一课时，讲述了丛林里动物们参加“超级动物秀”的故事，通过动物们各自介绍和展示才能，体现每个动物的长处。在教授这个课时的过程中，能够让学生复习巩固句型：They’re…/ They like eating…/ They can... , 能让学生说说每个动物的本领，同时也让学生懂得每个人都有自己的特长，每个人都会是很棒的。教学重点主要是落实在新授lion，panda，tiger，monkey四个单词上。第二课时的教学重点主要落实在Do you like…? Yes, I do. No, I don’t这个句型上。第二课时讲述了小朋友们去参观动物园，彼此讨论自己喜欢的动物，让学生去感受动物是人类的好朋友。教学重点主要落实在Do you like…? Yes, I do. No, I don’t这个句型上。第三课时是Read a story,通过阅读故事，再次感知动物们英语的表达，并在阅读中理解和巩固故事大概和体会动物和人之间的互动。并在rhyme学习-ck在单词中的发音。
