通过近三年的学习，学生已经对季节单词spring,summer,autumn,winter比较熟悉，能够认读、拼写这些单词，并且能在生活中用表示颜色的形容词和感觉的形容词来进行季节的描述。除此以外，学生也对自然景物中的trees，

flowers，sun，sea，leaves，snow比较熟悉，对于动词(词组)fly a kite, ride a bicycle,swim,skate能够合理正确用在季节的表达中，能够运用简单的陈述句表达一个季节。

● 然而对于问答句型What season is it ?这一句型中，学生会直接回答季节，而不是完整的回答It is …关于这一点老师要需要引导和鼓励。对于季节的形容上，学生的句型比较贫乏，词汇量还需要拓展，因此本单元旨在充分调动学生的思维，将所学知识发挥出来，使得对季节的描述更有层次更有逻辑。

● 基于以上的学情分析，本单元设计意图如下：3BM3U3的单元主题是Seasons。通过主人公Elsa起初只知道和喜欢冬天到她愿意走出冰雪王国感知其他地方的四季变化，学习更多关于季节描述的单词和词组。具体来说，通过本单元学习，能拼读、书写和运用plant a tree, have a picnic , ice-skate, ski等动词及动词词组来表达自己在不同的季节能够做的事情，并用已学的动词、动词词组、形容词和服装类名词来进行季节的描述的简单描述。能知道每个季节所做活动的原因，并能够做完整的表述，进而体会四季的美好，感受不同季节所带来的乐趣。
