课题：Unit 1 Lesson 5 how many? 一、教材分析

本课是冀教版小学三年级英语上册第一单元 Lesson5 How many .主要学习了pen/pencil/pencil box/ruler/crayon 等与学习用具有关的五个单词,然后利用What’s this? It’s a ______.这个句子进行单词和对话练习。在第4课学了数字1—5的基础上，本课又学习了句型：How many _____ do you have? I have_____ ____.的用法。让学生能够用数量表达自己的学习用具。

二、教学目标

A、知识与技能目标：

a、听懂会说、读词汇：pen/ pencil /pencil box / ruler/ crayon。

b、初步掌握英语中询问物品数量的方法及回答的方法，能正确使用句型：How many ____do you have? I have____ ____. 情感态度目标：

鼓励学生乐于模仿，敢于开口，积极参与，主动请教。让学生体验用英语来表达身边的东西，并感觉到自己能够运用英语来做事情。培养学生积极与他人合作的精神。

三、教学重点、难点：

教学重点：

(1)、能听懂会说、读有关学习用品的词汇：pen /pencil /pencil box /crayon /ruler；

(2)、听懂会说本课句型： How many ____do you have? 教学难点：

运用句型进行交流。

四、教学准备：

多媒体课件、学生用词卡片、学习用具实物、道具盒子、教师用词卡片等。

New Concepts (20 min.)

1、Learn the new words:pen, pencil, ruler, crayon and pencil box. Demonstration: T: Now, boys and girls, look here! I have a magic box. What’s in the box? Do you know? OK! I’ll show you! (Take out one pen.) It’s a pen. Listen and follow me,pen.

Stick the card of pen on the blackboard, and ask students to read it for a few times. Teach pencil, ruler,crayon and pencil box in the same way. 2、Learn“How many_____ do you have?”“I have_____ .”

利用魔法盒，使学生产生趣味联想，引出新词：pen, pencil, ruler, crayon, pencil box。词图结合、音形结合吸引学生注意力，给学生留下深刻印象。

此设计不仅是对本课单词和句型的运用巩固，而且通过小组合作学习有助于学生能在轻松民主的氛围中锻炼英语语言的交际能力。

让学生走上讲台上表演，有助于培养学生独立自主、随机应变和语言表达能力。
