教学背景分析

教学内容：

本册书的第七模块中的第一个单元。其标题是：Module7 Unit1 There is a cat in the tree. 本模块的主题是：Places and animals。功能是talking about animals。本课的课文部分是Daming 和Sam 在放学路上，他们发现一只小猫在树上不敢下来，于是跑去帮助小猫。虽然通过各种尝试，但是仍然不能不小猫从树上救下来。最终只好求助警察叔叔，并在警察叔叔的帮助下把小猫救了下来。

学生情况：

根据前测发现，学生对There be 句型比较陌生。读音上会和Where is…有所混淆。在用法上会和This is 有所混淆。

教学方式：

本课采用听说课模式，并在结尾处设置了较为真实，贴近学生的任务。

教学手段：

本课采用小组合作学习、针对课文主题图提问、充分读图、预测课文内容等教学手段。

教学过程(文字描述) 首先是问好环节，该环节教师先向学生问好，学生回应。并且一起开始新课的学习。

热身环节，通过教师自己编的小chant 活跃气氛，并初步感知目标语言。

导入环节通过让学生猜测教师最喜欢的动物，引入本课的主要话题。

然后呈现任务向大家介绍自己照片里的动物。

新知学习共分3个步骤。首先通过读图来预测故事。图片按照故事的发生、发展和结局分组呈现，即第一幅、第二到四图、第五图。预测，小猫为什么不开心，Daming 和Sam 通过什么样的方法来救这只小猫，最后又是谁帮助小猫丛书上下来的。然后，看录像验证猜测并回答问题，并检测是否了解了细节信息，即：警察怎么帮助的小猫。理解课文后，讨论一个问题，你认为Daming he Sam 怎么样？并且进行思想教育、德育渗透。

练习环节共分为6步。首先是跟读课文。然后小组之间竞赛朗读。之后勾画课文重点句型。然后两人之间朗读。最后进行表演展示。之后通过一个游戏Magic Picture，机械操练目标语言There is …on/in/under. 然后是完成任务。此环节中首先观首先老师来介绍自己的作品或者照片，告诉学生如何万恒任务。然后帮学生回忆短片中用到的词汇。最终在小组内进行活动，完成任务并展示成果。

之后是总结环节。该环节希望学生能够用英语表达，本课的学习内容。

最后是布置作业。将课上学习延伸到课后，反复巩固复习。
