五、Teaching procedures: Step 1

Warming up

T: Good afternoon, boys and girls.

S: Good afternoon, teacher.

T: How are you today?

S: I am fine, thank you.

T: OK, I am fine, too. Sit down, please.

Step 2

Leading in

(1)

Put forward questions: T: Where are they? S: They are in a toy shop. T:So, what can you see? S: We can see some toys. (2)

Show three boxes, and Ss guess what are they.

Step 3

Look and learn (1)

Learn the new words with phonics. (2)

Practice the new words. (3)

Listen and match:

Listen a short passage and finish the blanks.

Listen and say (1)

After finished the listening, the teacher write the sentence on the blackboard. (2)

Choose and say: The teacher show a dialogue and Ss imitate the main frame.

七、Teaching Reflection: Advantages: (1) The whole class is full of passion, and the teacher has a good interaction with students. (2) The teaching aims have come true, and the students have a good command of the words and sentence. (3) Students have got some extensive knowledge. Disadvantages:

(1) The practice of dialogue can be diversified.

(2) Students should have more chances to use the sentence.

(3) Improve students’ ability of speaking and acting.

(4) The teacher should create a situation to help students understand the knowledge.
