Teaching objectives: Knowledge objectives: a. Listen, read and say the key sentences “I’m always very busy.”

b.Listen, read and say the key phrases “collect nuts”

“dry my nuts” “eat nuts with my friends” “have a show”

“play the pipa”. Ability objectives:

Students can read the story and retell the story. Emotional objective: Students can make a good schedule for their study and life. 3.

Teaching key points: The sentences: “What else?”

“Let me see.” “I’m always very busy.”

The phrases: collect nuts, dry my nuts, eat nuts. 4.

Teaching methods: Teaching with games. 6.

Teaching procedures (1)

Greeting Teacher: Hello, boys and girls. Students: Hello, Miss Hu. Teacher: How are you? Students: I’m fine, thank you. (2)

Warming up a. Teacher says, “ Let’s begin our happy English class with a song.” Students listen to the song and sing the song after it. b. Teacher says, “ There is a question in the song. Can you tell me what the question is?”

And then teacher invites a student to answer the question and writes the question “What do you do?”on the blackboard. (3)

Lead in

Teacher invites some students to answer the question as their wishes, such as: watch TV, read a book, have an English class and so on.

Then teacher shows the PPT of this part and students read the phrases together. (利用英文歌里的问题引出动词词组，为了复习本单元的重点短语并引出新课。) （4）Presentation

a . After students say the phrases, teacher says, “ You are always very busy.” to lead out “ I’m always very busy.”

Then teacher shows the picture of Zip and asks, “Do you know him?” Students will say, “ Yes, he is Zip.”

b. Teacher shows two questions and asks, “ Can you guess what Zip will do ? Let me see.”

(利用自然的课堂用语引出“Let me see.”让学生无意识地接受新知识并理解其意思。)

c . Teacher shows the cartoon of the story and says, “Please watch the cartoon and then answer the two questions.”

After watching the video, teacher will invite some students to answer the questions. (在上新课前让学生观看本部分视频动漫，让学生直观的了解故事情节和主要内容。)

d . Teacher says, “ What are the three thing?”Please turn to page 11 and read the story quickly,and then answer my question.”

(利用上面的第二个问题引导学生先读下故事，对故事有整体认知，对本节课要上的知识有大致的了解。）

e . Teacher invites some students to answer the question . (引导学生自己发现故事中的动词词组，遇到新的单词鼓励学生根据发音规则自己拼读，用以促进孩子的自主学习意识。可以对回答好的同学给与适当的奖励。) f . Teacher shows the pictures of the story one by one and leads students to learn it. （5）Consolidation a. Invite one student to put the word cards on the blackboard. b. Retell the story. c. Play the story.
