(一)课标分析
根据EEC小学六年级上册第一课的教材内容和学生实际确定以下教学目标:
1.通过多媒体展示和以往知识的牵引学习第一到第六的序数词、“grade”、“same”等单词和短语。
2.通过对话和讨论掌握“What grade are you in?”和“I’m in the __ grade.”的问答。
3.在新学期开始,可以用本课的基本句型对自己进行介绍并与他人进行交流,激活对英语的学习兴趣。
(二)教材分析
本节课的内容是EEC小学六年级上册第一单元第一课时。这部分内容是从学生熟悉的对话内容入手,通过多样互动,让学生能用基本句型“What grade are you in?”和“I’m in the __ grade.”进行问答交流,进而增进情感,激起英语学习兴趣。教材首先呈现有趣的对话,多样新鲜的人物,再过渡到单词、短语和句型的学习,体现了英语的学科特征,帮助学生模仿交流并创新。
(三)学生分析
这节课是在学生具备了简单的基数词、序数词的知识储备的基础上进行教学的,对于刚上六年级的学生来说比较新奇,需要用新学期周围新鲜的事物进行充足的引导。因此,我借助对课本新人物新朋友的介绍,使学生产生对新教授内容的兴趣,激发英语的学习热情。

Step 2
Presentation
1.Show them cards and ask them to find the rules “the + ordinal numbers”.(From first to sixth)
2.Ask Ss “What grade are you in ?” Ss answer . Then lead to the word “same” and the phrase “in the same grade” .
3.Show some questions of the listening , “What grade is Jenny/Xiaoxiao in ?” Then lead to the answers and the abbreviations “I’m” , “You’re”, “He’s” and “She’s” .
Step 3
New concepts
1.T:What grade are you in ?
S1:I’m in the sixth grade .
(T shows the synonymous sentences “I’m in the 6th grade.” and “I’m in Grade 6.”
2.Ss summarize the difference of the three sentences and then practice .

Exercise
1.listen to the tape and chant .
2.Practice in pairs “What grade are you in ? ” and “I’m in the __ grade .” .
3.P5 B read , write and say .

Summary

教学后记
我通过此课第一课时的讲解,觉得这一课时的目标比较详细具体,贯穿于整个课堂教学中,但教学互动较少,以后应该在课堂活动环节增加更多的趣味性。本课情节较紧凑,课堂气氛较和谐,学生发言积极,训练较充足,对知识的掌握情况较理想,基本达到了预定要求。在今后的教学实践中,我要广泛听取经验丰富教师的建议,使课堂形式更加多样化,实现课堂教学的高效化。
