1.“到达”的表达：

（1）get to“到达”，get to sp“到达某地”

当后接here,there,home等地点副词时省略介词“to”。

eg:我们早晨七点到学校。We get to school at 7:00 a.m.

杰克到家了。Jack gets home. （2）arrive in/at“到达”,arrive at+“小地点”（场所），arrive in+“大地点”（城市、国家）。

eg:李明到达了超市。LiMing arrives at the supermarket.

他到达了上海。He arrives in Shanghai.

（3）reach“到达”+地点。

Eg:詹妮到达了杭州。Jenny reaches Hangzhou. 2.

交通方式的表达；

Eg:How can we get there?询问交通方式用How来询问，

（1）回答可以用介词by+交通工具。（by不加冠词，直接+交通方式）

go to ... by交通工具

Eg:我坐公交车去上学。I go to school by bus.

我坐出租车去商店。I go to the store by taxi.

他乘飞机去西安。He goes to Xi’an by plane.

他们坐火车去上海。They go to Shanghai by train. （2）还可以用介词on/in+a/the/one’s交通工具。

go to ... in/on/+a/the/one’s交通工具

Eg:他骑自行车/乘公交/坐火车/坐飞机上学。

He goes to school on a bike/bus/train/plane.

她坐轿车/出租车上学。

She goes to school in a/the/one’s car/taxi. （3）介词加交通工具也可以转化成动词短语。

go to...by交通工具=go to...in/on+a/the/one’s交通工具

=take a/the/one’s交通工具

to... Eg:I go to school by bus.=I go to school on a/the/one’s bus.

=I take a/the/one’s bus to school. 骑自行车：ride a/the/one’s bike=by bike. 步行：walk to sp=go to sp by bike. （4）Danny and Jenny get off the bus.丹尼和詹妮下了公交车。

get on上车-get off下车

（多指上下公交车、火车、飞机、轮船等有阶梯的交通工具）

get in上车-get out of下车（多指上下小轿车、出租车）

6.Exercises 1.They get off(下车)the bus at the bookstore. 2.My classmate gets off（上车）the schoolbus at the gate of the school. 3. He gets in(上车）a taxi to go to the train station. 4. She has to gets out of the car(下车）and walk there.
