一、基本情况

适合年级：五年级

二、学习目标

1.在介绍和了解朋友的过程中复习一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的用法。

2.在情境中整体复习五年级上册每个单元的内容，巩固第三人称单数问句的表达方式。

3.能利用平板进行信息分享和交流，通过数据统计了解自己学习中存在的问题。

三、技术目标

1.通过“全景平台”的交互技术和实时作业反馈技术辅助教学。

2.运用投票、及时评价使课堂评级制度更加快捷地反馈学生的学习成果。

四、教学步骤及说明

第一板块：学生通过思维导图比较分析，初步复习一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的用法，了解如何提问获取关于人物的信息，学会捕捉信息猜测思维导图代表的是班级中的哪位同学，通过全景平台投票，显示同学们的猜测情况，并且让学生说明理由为什么你认为思维导图指的是你投票的人。

第二板块：利用教师所给的一张个人信息卡，捕捉关键词信息，通过关键词复习如何用一般疑问句和特殊疑问句来询问个人信息，包括兴趣爱好，父母工作，周末活动等，借此对本学期整本书的内容进行一个全面的复习；同时也复习了第三人称单数在问句中要进行动词变换。

第三板块：完成一份关于同桌的问卷调查，再将问卷和好朋友事先录好的自我介绍进行信息对比，看看是否了解你的好友，测试亲密度。

课堂小结：通过全景平台设计调查问卷，让学生自我反思本节课的收获和疑惑，教师回收资源以便接下来的教学任务。

学生作业：总结个人信息卡，复习特殊疑问句和一般疑问句的问法，反思总结本节课所学所得。
