教学设计说明

学情分析:

经过三年多的学习,学生良好的学习习惯也在慢慢养成,也渐渐地在增加对英语学习的兴趣。在课堂上或者课堂后能模仿老师或者音频视频中的语音,喜欢用一些简短的英语和老师及同学们交流。对于新知识有较强的求知欲,并且通过认真学习后内化成自己的知识,再通过交流,表演,对话,复述等方式表达出来。当然,也存在一小部分的学生上课时思想不够集中的情况,英语表达不够自信和流利,需要进一步加强学习。

在学本单元之前,已经积累了一定的语言知识。就词汇而言,学生在数词、食品类单词、水果类单词、学习用品类单词、玩具类单词、学校场所类单词等方面初有积累;就句型而言,学生能熟练运用to be句型、to have句型和can句型等。

模块教学任务分析:

本模块的学习主题是The Natural World (自然世界),涉及的三个单元分别是A visit to a farm(一次去农场的参观),At Century Park(在世纪公园)以及Weather(天气)。三个单元涉及到的内容都是与学生的日常生活有关,熟悉并喜欢的。

通过本模块的学习,能进一步了解和描述农场动物的种类、外形、习性以及喜欢的理由;通过外出游玩所需物品的准备以及对世纪公园特定场所位置、所进行的活动的描述,体验郊游活动的快乐;同时,通过对不同地方、不同月份气候情况的询问与了解,初步感受气候状况,感受大自然的魅力,形成热爱自然的美好情愫。

单元教学任务分析:

通过本单元的学习,要求学生掌握公园里不同场所的名称aviary, fountain, pond, plant house,去公园游玩时要准备的东西sketchbook, cap, camera,了解在公园中的活动,知道公园里的规则;学习并掌握询问地点的特殊疑问句Where is/are …?, 并能运用之前所学的内容next to, beside等方位介词进行准确的回答。在拍了照片后根据照片的内容对人物,地点,事情进行准确的描述。能用所学句型描述公园里的所见所闻所感,学会做一名文明的

小游客。此外,学习并运用字母组合th-在单词中的发音,朗读语音儿歌。

单元教学设计思考:

第一课时,以Miss Fang要带领孩子们去世纪公园为背景,要求孩子们做好各种准备。在准备的过程中,学习一些物品的词汇,如:sketchbook, cap, camera等,并能运用What do you have? I have…来和同学交流各自所拥有的物品。此外,初步学习字母组合th- 在单词中的发音,能举一反三。

第二课时,Miss Fang带领孩子们进一步学习与操练字母组合th-在单词中的发音,朗读语音儿歌,通过儿歌中的场所展开学习世纪公园内的场所词汇,如:aviary, fountain, pond 等。初步操练与运用本单元的核心句型,如:Where is …? It’s …等询问地点与回答,进一步感受世纪公园的精彩。

第三课时,Miss Fang和孩子们来到了世纪公园门口,进一步尝试运用所学知识学会看地图和问地点Where is …?,并能大概说出各个场所之间的地理位置关系,进一步操练与运用本单元的核心词汇(如:aviary, fountain, pond等),学会表达与交流,尝试表演与分享。在说一说、演一演的过程中,逐步培养良好旅游参观习惯。

第四课时,Miss Fang 和孩子们在世纪公园拍了很多照片,并与我们在微信的朋友圈进行了分享。进一步操练与运用本单元的核心词汇cap, aviary, fountain, pond等与be doing 句式的表达。通过故事阅读,在听看、朗读、理解与思考中,激发阅读兴趣、培养阅读能力。

第五课时,在经历这一次的世纪公园的游园之后,感叹世纪公园的魅力与精彩。在感受旅游、分享照片的同时,学会文明参观。进一步复习本单元的语音、核心词汇与核心句型,注意单复数。在互动、讲练与练习中提升单元核心的语用能力。

第三课时教学目标:

1. 进一步操练与运用本单元的核心词汇, 如aviary,fountain等。

2.进一步理解和运用本单元的核心句型Where is …?及用It’s next to / in front of ...来问答。

3. To learn how to introduce a visit to a place.

4. To appreciate the beauty of the park and enjoy the beauty of our life

Miss Fang and her students are now at Century Park. They are looking at the map of the

park.

Part Two

Kitty: Oh, it’s a big park, Miss Fang ! I want to go to the greenhouse. I like beautiful flowers and plants. I can draw flowers and plants on my sketchbook. Where is the greenhouse? Miss Fang: It’s here. It’s big and nice. There are some aviaries next to it.

Part Three

Peter: Aviaries? What are they?

Miss Fang: They are homes for birds. There are many nice birds in them.

Peter: I like birds. I want to go the aviaries. I can watch the birds’ show.

Part Four

Danny: I want to go to the fountain. I can watch water going up and down. It’s so beautiful. Where is the fountain, Miss Fang?

Miss Fang: It’s in front of the greenhouse.

Part Five

Kitty: Can we go and have a look?

Miss Fang: Of course. You can take some photos there too. But you can’t pick the flowers. You can’t feed the birds. You can’t play with water.

All: OK, Miss Fang.
