1、词汇教学的认识及定位: 本课属于第一课时,即词汇新授课。在学习本课前,学生已经学过了关于感官感觉的单词:happy,sad 等;句型:I’m sad. I’m happy.等简单的表达自己感受的句型。
通过本课的学习,学生将学会其他多个feeling方面的词语,并灵活应用句型Why…? Because….等询问对方感受的问句,和学会应答此类问题的答句。并进一步灵活应用语言进行交际。

Vocabulary & Target Teaching Objectives:
1. Language and skill Objectives: 1) Function:
Be able to express their feelings by using the new words and be able to give the proper reasons for their feelings. 2) Target language: a. Be able to understand and use the following expression properly: I’m tired. Why? Because I stayed up late last night. Why did you stay up late? Because I watched TV.
b. Be able to get information after reading. 1
3) Vocabulary:
a. Be able to understand and use the feeling words: tired,scared,excited and upset. b. Be able to understand and use the phrases to express the proper reasons. stayed up late, heard a noise, got a kitten and got a poor grade 2. Moral and Strategy Objectives: 1) To share with others their own feelings. 2) To state the reason for their feelings. Teaching Difficult points: 1)To have Ss pronounce the sounds of the words “excited, heard”
2)To state the reasons for their feelings properly. Teaching key points: 1)To have Ss to master the feeling words in the vocabulary. 2)To talk with others about their feelings and give the proper reasons. Teaching Aids:

Warm-up ‘Concentration’
Review Step1.Learn the new words and phrases: tired, scared, excited, upset, stayed up late, heard a noise, got a kitten, got a poor grade.
Vocabulary Step2. Do some practice with the new words and the phrases. Step1. Learn the structures in Target. Target Step2. Practice using the new words and structures with the help of some games and group work. Step3. Learn to read the dialogue in Target. Summary Chant: ‘sh!sh!Stop that noise!’

3、Procedure: 1.Warming up ----PPT Game ‘Concentration’to review some verb phrases learnt before.
(通过游戏让孩子动一动,调节课堂气氛进入学习状态,同时通过游戏复习了一些列的动词词组,为新科的学习做好铺垫.) 3
2.Review and lead in ------ Play a short part of music “恭喜恭喜”.Let the Ss enjoy it and remind the word “happy” in order to review the word “happy”. Share their feelings with each other.
------Play another short part of music “二泉映月”.Let the Ss show their feeling of “sad”to review the word “sad”.(通过音乐调用学生的听觉感官,复习已学单词。为下一步学习新的感觉单词做好铺垫。) 3.
Vocabulary ------PPT Show up a circle to let the Ss guess what it is. Then lead in the new word “excited”.
------PPT Play some sounds of “upset”, “scared”, “tired”. Teach Ss the pronounciations of the words by using the ways like that.(有表达不同情感的声音导入新单词的教授,调动起学生的不同感受,体会各种心情。) ------ After each new word, use the question“Why?”to lead in the reason. And learn the new phrases: got a kitten, got a poor grade, heard a noise, stayed up late. -----PPT Using the way above to learn the words “ upset”and “got a poor grade”

To talk about some famous people about their feelings. Such as Zhou Xingchi and Liu Xiang.(利用身边熟悉的偶像,谈论她们的情绪和原因。能充分调动学生学习的积极性。)

Snap shot show some pictures about their different feelings on their faces. Let the stdudents talk about the picture and guess the reasonst to get further practice with the sentence patterns.(通过朝夕相处的同学作为谈论对象,充分发掘生活中的语言素材,用本课的重点句型谈论同学的情绪和原因,使本课的重点得到进一步的深化。)

Make a dialogue with the group members by throwing the dice which there are some feeling words on one .And on the other there are some reasons. Using the sentence patterns,such as “How are you?” “I’m…” “Why?” “Because…” ( 检测学生对单词的理解,并提供机会给学生,体现小组合作能力,借助学生感兴趣的甩子作为介质,激发学生参与活动
积极性,同时也体现同学之间互相关怀团结友爱的精神) 6.Consolidation ------ ‘Draw your own feeling’
To draw the feeling in the heart and write down the proper reason. Then share the feeling with each other. (用画画的形式表达自己的内心感受,创造机会给学生学会表达内心情感。使学生学会倾诉。)

------PPTChant ‘Sh! Sh! Stop that noise!’(把本课时的重点句型融入到欢乐有趣的快板中,让学生在愉悦诙谐的气氛中巩固了重点词句。)
