Module 8 I was two. 一、教学目标:

1.

知识与技能:

(1)初步了解过去时态,会说,写

I was two. 等句子。

(2)能说,会写:was, were,then, young,old,short ,long, hair 等单词。

过程与方法:

根据情境会说,会用

I was…. He was …. They were…. 等会话技能。

3.

情感态度与价值观:

通过对比现在与过去,了解中英国不同文化,学会珍惜现在。

二、教学重点:对比词的运用,掌握is/am 的过去式

was,are的过去式were. 三、教学难点:正确理解过去式,区分现在状态与过去状态,以此描述现在状态与过去状态。

CD-ROM,PPT. 五.教学过程:

(一)Warming up 1.Greeting 2.Sing a song: London bridge is falling down. (二)Leading in T:After the song, let’s see the new word. Spell it together.

T and Ss: t-h-e-n, then.

T: So what does it mean? Ss(seeing the screen):那时,当时。

T: Now can you try to sing the word using the rhythm of the song we learnt. Let’s try.

Ss:T-H-E-N,then,then,then.Then,then,then,那时,当时。

(三)Presentation 1.

Show the pictures on the screen. Learn the new words and comepare what the difference is. Find the difference: small-big, new-old,young-old. 2.

Find two volenteers and find what the difference is. Write down: short-tall,fat-thin,long-short, hair on the blackboard. 3.

Make a game: relect quickly and you will get a little gift.快速说出屏幕上的反义词,答得快的同学有小礼物(粘贴),用足够的粘贴换小礼物。

4.

Compare now and then to use the different tense.

Practice making sentence with was and were. Pick some students to answer the blank on the PPT. 2.

Do three questions on the PPT. Show the right answer with cartoon. 3.

Show the picture on the PPT.

Students make conversations like this. They can use the new words and new sentences.

2. Some volenteers show their conversations in the front of the classroom. And give them some gifts. (六)

Summary

Show some little tips of was and were. Let students read it and write down on their books. Try to remember them. (am, is are, was,were). (七)Homework Show the pictures of your friends to your family and partners , and introduce them when they were young.
