1. 通过复习，学生巩固听、说、读、写，并在实际情境中运用第四至第六单元中有关月份、序数词、动词及其词组的现在分词、行为规范的表达的词汇。

2. 学生能够掌握并在实际情景中运用第四至第六单元中的核心句型。例如用“ When is…? It’s on …”询问和回答某节日的日期，

用句型“what are they doing? They are listening to music。”询问并回答某人正在做某事。

Step 1 Warming up (5 minutes) 1.

Greetings and free talk. T: Good morning. How are you? Today is sunny. Do you know what day is it today?

S: It is Monday. T: Yes. Today is Monday. What’s the date today? S: It’s June18th.

T: You are right. Yesterday is Father’s Day. So when is Father’s Day this year? S: It’s on June 17th. T: Yes. Best wishes for your fathers.

Step 2 Presentation

1.

课件展示一些孩子参加夏令营的照片。

T：What are these photos about?

引导学生回答：They are about a summer camp. 并请学生跟读词组summer camp. T：Mike is at summer camp, too. What will he do? Can you guess? 请学生猜一猜：Maybe he will go on a picnic/ go swimming/ play sports…引导学生尽可能多地说出更多相关的动词和活动名称。

T：Now let’s listen and match. 如学生有困难，可以分段多次播放录音。听完后，校对答案。

T：Who is calling Mike? 并引导学生回答：Mum.

T：Yes, Mum knows Mike’s summer camp schedule. But she wants to know what Mike is doing now. Let’s listen to dialogue 2 and tick the right pictures. 播放录音，选图片。引导学生关注人物正在做的事情，复习动词现在时态的语法知识, be动词（am, is are）+ 动词的ing形式。做完校对答案。

T：Now, please read the chant in your book, and write the months in the correct column. 中文解释”leap year”是“闰年”的意思。
