1. Lead-in the new words

(1)Play a guessing game: T shows the back of clothes pictures, let students guess which clothes it is.(dress,skirt,hat,cap,shoe) (呈现衣服的剪影,让学生猜单词)

(2)Learn the new words: socks,trousers,sweaters,shorts

T:Wow , so many clothes .Are they beautiful?

Ss: Yes.

T: Then today ,let’s learn more beautiful clothes .

1) Teach “socks”,用图片展示“sock”.用升降调教

T: Follow me, sock↗sock↘ .But two, who can read?(呈现两只袜子图片)

S: socks.(板书)

T:You are very clever. Follow me ,please. socks↗socks↘. Ss read together.---Boys read together.---Girls read together.--- Read one by one.

2) Teach“ sweater、sweaters”, 出示sweater的图片

3) Teach “trousers”,强调trousers的发音,用大小声来教单词T:Boys and girls ,let’s play a game. When I say“trousers”loudly, you say it quietly;when I say“trousers”quietly, you say it loudly, OK?

T:tousers(quietly),trousers(loudly).---Ss read---Read one by one. 4) Teach “shorts”,出示shorts卡片

4)T shows the sweaters:What colour are the sweaters?

Ss: They’re red. Then Ss ask and T answers.

5)T shows the trousers: Boys ask, girls answer. Then exchange.

6)T shows the shorts: Team 1 asks, team 2 answers.

Then exchange.

7)T shows the socks: One student asks, the others answer.

8)T shows the shoes: One student asks, the other answers.

1.Look at the pictures on page 9, practice in pairs.
