Unit6 Planting Trees

Story 教学设计

一、学生分析：学生已经掌握了一些动词的过去时形式，如：planted,watched, washed, cooked,listened, helped, painted, called等词，并能运用“What did you do yesterday?

Did you...?进行简单的问答。

二、教材分析：本单元围绕“What did you do yesterday?

Did you ...yesterday? 等话题展开，在创设Lily植树的情境中引出故事内容，植树话题与学生生活联系紧密，学生的兴趣容易被激发。

三、教学目标：

语言能力目标：

⑴能够熟练运用句子Did you ...?What did you do...?提出问题，并作出相应的回答。

⑵能够流利读出Story的内容。

2.学习能力目标

⑴通过学习，让学生能运用Did you...? What did you do...?进行交际活动，询问别人过去做了什么事。

⑵通过学习，让学生在理解Story的基础上完成相关的练习。

⑶通过学习，能与同伴续写故事，并能大声说出来。

3.文化品质

通过学习，让学生了解植树节的意义及培养学生热爱大自然，有环保意识。

⑴学生能听录音理解故事，回答简单的问题。

⑵做判断的练习时能说出正误的原因。

四、教学重难点：

重点：

1.能运用Did you...? What did you do...?进行交际活动，询问别人过去做了什么事。

2.学生在理解Story的基础上完成相关的练习

难点：

1.能与同伴续写故事，并能大声说出来。

2.听录音理解故事，回答简单的问题。

六、教学过程：

Step1 Warm - up 1.Chant“What did you do yesterday?”

2.Play a game.规则：当指针停止时，学生用红色指向的单词或词组回答老师的问题。

例：What did you do yesterday?

Ss: I cooked some food.. Play three times. T: What did you do yesterday?

Ss: I listened to music. T: What did you do yesterday?

Ss: I watched TV. T: What did you do yesterday?

Ss: I planted trees. (设计意图：通过Chant和game调动学生的兴趣，激活学生学过的知

识。）

Step2 Lead in and Presentation 1.T:Boys and girls,now let’s watch a video, what is the video about? 播放一段植树公益的视频让学生观看，然后叫一名学生回答

What’s the video about?这个问题。然后出示答案It’s about planting trees. 2.T: Trees are very important for us.Many people plant trees on the Tree Planting Day. Look! (出示图片）This is my friend Lily.She likes planting trees very much.出示句子Lily planted trees on the Tree Planting Day this year.让学生读一读。以同样的方法读其它句子。

Lily planted trees on the Tree Planting Day last year. Lily planted trees on the Tree Planting Day the year before that. Lily usually plants trees on the Tree Planting Day . （设计意图：借助图片初步感知与故事内容，为下面的学习作铺垫。）

3.T: Did you plant a tree yesterday? Ask students to answer the question. 4.T:Did Jenny plant trees yesterday? 呈现图片

Let’s guess! 5.让学生带着两个问题去听故事，然后回答问题。

Step 5 Extension 续写故事。
