1. Let’s sing a song: We wish you a Merry Christmas

2. Brain storm: talk about the Christmas you know.

Point out: Unit 12 Christmas

Christmas is always on December 25th.

3. On Christmas, people often have parties and play games. Let’s play a game, too. (二) Presentation Let’s watch the video about Christmas, tell T or F: There is a Christmas tree without ornaments. Let’s find some ornaments to decorate the Christmas tree. 1. Boys read the passage about Christmas Eve. Girls read the passage about Christmas Day. Then share with each other.

Look at the pictures and discuss in groups, then talk about in class:

People will put up a large Christmas tree in their home.

Under the Christmas tree they put many gifts for everyone to share.

Father Christmas brings gifts to all the children.

Families and friends come together on that day for a big Christmas lunch or dinner. (ham, potato, Christmas Turkey)

Everyone sings many wonderful Christmas songs.
