教学目标:

1、能够借助图片读懂小故事。

2、在理解的基础上,尝试表演小故事。

3、能够通过学习小故事,了解从蝌蚪到青蛙的成长历程。

教学重点:借助图片读懂小故事并尝试表演.

教学难点: 在理解故事的基础上,尝试表演小故事。

教具:课件,教学CD, (蝌蚪,狗,猫,鹅,蛇,青蛙)头饰,单词条,图片。

教学过程:

I. Warm-up

1. Greetings.

2. T show the families of animals.

This is a family of …..

3. Show the picture of family of geese.

Point to the mother goose and ask:

Who’s she?

Ss: Mother or Mother goose.

T: What does she look like?

引导学生用句子She is …. She has…. She can 进行回答。

4. Guessing games.

T: I have an animal family, too. It’s black. It has two big eyes. It has a tail. It can swim. What is it?

教师边说边在黑板画蝌蚪,让学生猜测,可以用中文回答,师出示tadpole 单词,指着黑板的两只蝌蚪说: There are two tadpoles on the board. 课件并出示复数tadpoles,并领读。

Ⅱ. Pre-reading

1. 出示图片1

T: Oh, look! There are many tadpoles in the pond.

What are they doing?

SS: Swimming.

T: Yes. The tadpoles say Where is our mother?

Ss: Where is our mother?

T: Yes. They are looking for mother.

Who is their mother? Do you know?

What does their mother look like?

SS answer .

T: OK. Let’s watch the video and check your answers.

2.play the video and ask Ss to answer the questions.

板书mother Frog.

Ⅲ.While-reading

1. Read the dialogues with pictures(2-5),and raise the questions: What animals do tadpoles see?

Ss read and answer: the dog, the cat, the goose, the snake

教师根据学生的回答,将动物图片贴在黑板上.

2. 1)Show the picture2 dialogue and ask:

Who is she?

Ss: She is the dog.

T: what does she look like?

根据教师的引导和帮助,学生回答。

S1: She is black.

S2: She has four legs.

S3: She is tall.

T: What does the mother frog look like?

S1: She is ....

S2, S3.....

T:Listen! The tadpoles ask the dog….

播放录音,引导学生说出句子Excuse me. Are you our mother? 出示词卡Excuse me 指名学生读,然后贴在黑板上。

No. Your mother is short.

播放the Dog 的答语,学生跟读。

将short卡片贴在青蛙后左腿dog 下面,作为左脚。

指名让学生个别读,小组分角色读。

2) show piture3 and say:

The tadpoles ask the cat:

Excuse me . Are you our mother?

播放此句,学生读。

T: Is she their mother?

Ss: No.

T:Can she swim?

Ss: No.

出示句子:No. Your mother can ….播放录音, 让学生补充swim。

S1: No. Your mother can swim.

将swim单词贴在青蛙的后右腿cat下面,作为右脚。

总结:Now it has two leg. It has a long tail. it’s black.

小组分角色对话。

3)Show picture 4(遮住部分Goose 图片),and say:

Who is she?

Ss: Goose.

T: Yes. What do they say?

出示对话,挖空No. Your mother has _______. 同时出示mother Frog 和Goose.并且圈出眼睛作为对照物。

将big eyes 词卡贴在青蛙前左腿Goose的上面,作为前左脚。

总结:Now, the tadpole has two legs and two feet. It has a long tail. It’s green.

3)Show picture 5.

T: who is she?

Ss: The snake.

T: What do they say? Can you guess?

S1:….

S2: ….

全班齐读p5对话。

总结:Now, the tadpole has 4 legs. It has a short tail. It’s a little frog. 3. Show picture6 and ask:

They see a frog.

T: Who is she?

Ss: Mother.

T: OK. Let’s do a pair work.

学生两人完成对话。师指名发言。

T: what does their mother look like?

课件出示句子:She ’s ____. She has ____. She can ____.学生两人一组讨论跟读。

播放录音,跟读。

4. 出示P7, 全班齐读。

总结:Now, the tadpole has 4 legs. It has no tail. It’s a little frog.

Ⅳ. Practice

1. Listen and repeat.

Play the tape and ask SS to repeat following the tape.

T: Now, let’s watch the video and read the story. Are you ready? Ss: OK!

2. Look and match

T: The tadpoles ask these animals, what do they say? Please match. 指名请学生看图连线。

3. Read and act

Task1: Role-play分角色朗读

Task2: Act out the story 表演故事

Ⅴ.Summary Extension

1.课件呈现silkworm, butterfly的成长历程,帮助学生开拓视野。

2. 情感升华:What do you learn from the story?

带学生发表观点后,播放Family公益广告。总结family is father and mother I love you .

Ⅵ. Homework

1.Listen to the story and try to follow.

听录音跟读故事。

2.Act out the story or retell the story to your family.

给家人表演故事或复述故事。
