一、教材内容分析

This lesson is about some new phrases of after school activities about students’ school life. It’s a little difficult for them to memorize these new phrases.

二、教学目标

1.

Knowledge aim: Students can listen,say and spell some new words,like after school, play sports,draw pictures and so on. 2.

Ability aim: Students can use the sentence patterns “Can you ...? Yes, I can./No, I can’t.”to do the role-play. 3.

Emotional aim: Students will have the attitude toward after-school activities.

四、教学过程

Step 1: Warm-up

TPR: the teacher organize students to act out the phrases they learned when they were in grade 2. Step 2: Lead-in

The teacher organize students to sing the song called Can You Play Football?

Can you play football? Can you play football?

Yes, I can./No,I can’t.

Yes, I can./No,I can’t. Step 3: Presentation 1.

T: Let’s look at the pictures. Can you guess where are they? What are they going to do after school?

Students observe these pictures carefully and try to answer the questions. 2.

The teacher teach the new words one by one. Step 4: Consolidation

The teacher show the

word cards to students and let them to pronounce them as quickly as they can. Step 5: Practice

TPR:the teacher pick one phrase, students try to act it out.

五、总结与反思

The teacher should give more and more chances to students and let them speak a lot, listen a lot, and practice a lot.Because English is a language. It should be used in the daily life.
