Teaching aims 1.To listen and read the key words: grandpa (grandfather), grandma (grandmother), cousin,. 2．To talk with classmates or friends about family members in English.

3．To play games in English and cooperate with others. 4．To know the family members’ importance. Teaching aids stickers,

teaching pictures, word cards, family photos, the PPT Teaching procedure 1．Say “Hello” and warm up.（开课）

2．Review:（复习第一课时有关单词）

Read the words about families. 3．Show the pictures about my family and introduce my family members to them, and teach the words about family members.（展示自己家人图片，并展示其英语读法）

4．Teach the new words, first teach them the words: grand, then make them try to pronounce the words about grandmother/grandfather.(生词教学，先教读grand，然后自己尝试拼读grandmother/grandfather.) 5．Teach the words according to the PPT and choose the one who reads well acts as little teacher to teach the other students and work in groups to learn the words and read it together.（根据PPT教授单词，选择读得好的充当小老师带读,，分组学习单词，跟着会读的读,，合作完成后齐读一遍）

6．According to the picture on the PPT , ask someone to speak the related words to check the words who can read.(根据ppt所展示的图片请人说出相应单词单词）

Each group stands for four roles to read the words three times loudly.（分组角色朗读）
