1.Teaching aims:

1)Perception aims

a. The Ss can hear 、say、read、writing the following words: flying eating walking running climbing swimming .

b. The Ss can use the main sentence patterns: what is ……doing?what are……doing?it is ……and they are……. 2) Ability aims

The Ss can use the main patterns to ask and answer .and Ss can use these sentences in daily life.

3)Emotion aims

Ss are willing cooperate with each other and Ss will love our life, love animals and protect animals.

Teaching and learning strategy

With the help of pictures ,Ss can understand the meaning of the Read and Write.

1) Warm---up

2)Presentation

a. T :Welcome to the nature zoo. Look at PPT, cooperate with partners to practice like them

b. learn Read and write

T:M r s Green is taking her students Sarah and Robin to the zoo, what’s happening? Everyone please turn to page53.

Firstly, read the passage by yourselves quietly. Then, when you finish reading ,discuss with classmates and check the answers .Thirdly, analyze the meaning with the help of the pictures and teacher’s body language. Then listen to the tape and read after the tape.

3)Practice

In this part, I design two activities.

T: Read the main sentences on PPT in high and low voice. Shake the dice to read the main sentences one time according to the number of the dice.

4)Consolidation and extension

Work in a group of two, image you are in the zoo, try to make a dialogue like Sarah and Robin’s.

5)Homework

Cooperate with partners to finish making the dialogue.

6)Blackboard design
