原来fast除了有“快的；迅速的”的意思外，还有“禁食；斋戒”等意思，而break的意思是“打破；冲破”。到这里，我们终于明白了，斋戒日一结束，一早起来就可以吃东西了，也就是break打破了fast斋戒，当然就是吃“早饭”have breakfast了。
