教材解读
本节课是unit7的第二课时,除了巩固书本41页第3题表达行为的动词词组,继续强化表达对不文明行为的规劝句型:Please(don’t )do sth. You should(shouldn’t)do sth.还会呈现和拓展一些行为动词词组,从而培养学生综合运用语言于生活实际当中的能力。我在备课期间就充分钻研教材,仔细研究文本,深入了解教材的编排后,我决定将书本39页的行为词组、fun with language的第二题听力内容和Unit8的Do the project内容安排在本节课中。

学情分析
本课的教学对象是六年级学生。这些学生已经有几年的英语学习经历,其学习基础存在一定差异。学生在听、说、读、写等各方面都有了一定的积累,并建立了系统的英语学习的习惯,掌握了一定的学习方法,具备一定的预习和自习能力,他们乐于参与小组合作学习。在前面的学***部分学生掌握了一些行为习惯的动词短语,也能简单对一些不文明行为进行规劝,然而,仍然有一部分同学的英语语言能力很薄弱,口语水平和理解能力不高,学习英语的困难较大,信心不强。在教学时要适当照顾这类同学,帮助他们树立信心。

教学目标

语言知识和语言技能
1)
能用正确语音语调朗读单词:full, dish, laugh, laugh at, spit, corridor, rude, rubbish, bin 2)能用正确语音语调朗读短语:be quiet, playing in class when the teacher is talking, wait until you finish,talking with your mouth full, Share with others, taking all the food from the dish, Be kind, laughing at another pupil 3)能运用核心句型并进行交流:
Please(don’t )do sth.
You should(shouldn’t)do sth.
4)能综合运用语言知识写和说在不同情境中的文明指引。

情感态度
在情境中,判断行为是否文明,能用句型进行规劝,从而也培养学生要有文明礼仪的情感态度。

教学过程
I.Pre-task
2.Show time: 小组展示(
道具:椅子、课外图书、笔、可乐杯)
旁白:This is John. He is an eleven-year-old boy from Liuhua Road Primary School. But his classmates don’t like him. He has no friend. Now he is at the library.
John: (在走廊跑步) B: Hey, John. What are you doing? Don’t run in the corridors, please. Look at me. I am walking in the corridors.
John: (推开别人,霸占别人位置) Go away. C: Hey, John. Don’t be rude, please. You should say: Excuse me, may I take this seat?”
John: It’s not your business. (在书里画画) C: John. What are you doing? Don’t draw on the book.
旁白:Now he is at the cinema. John: (大声笑) D: shhhh. John. Don’t be noisy. Please keep quiet. (电影结束) John: (把可乐杯扔地下并吐沫。) D: John, please don’t throw rubbish on the floor. You should throw it in the bin. And please don’t spit on the ground.
旁白:Today is John’s birthday. But no one comes to his party. John: Why everyone doesn’t like me? Please help me. D: Learn the new words: corridor, rude, rubbish, bin, spit D:Look here, please choose polite or impolite? Spit on the ground, run in the corridors, throw rubbish on the floor, throw rubbish in the bin,
Ss: We should____. It’s polite. We shouldn’t______. It’s impolite.
T: Why everyone doesn’t like John?
Ss: because He is impolite. He is rude.
T: so let’s help John to be a polite and helpful boy, OK?
II. While-task
1.
Talk about the signs.(讨论课前让学生收集的某个公共场所的文明标示,帮助学生理解标示的含义。) 2.通过上课有学生说话情景引出句型:A:What will you say when you see sb doing sth?
B: Please(don’t )do sth.
You should(shouldn’t)do sth.
创设Tim在朋友的派对,请大家帮助没礼貌的Tim这个情景,让学生用上面句型两两说,在此过程中学新词和短语,组长负责教组员朗读词组,教师检验一组学习短语情况,也要检验两两说情况。
3. 玩扑克牌游戏
(小组竞赛将单词扑克拼接成短语,并用规劝句型练习整句说,复习今天所学的行为短语。)
四. Post-task 1.
Give advice:出示各种不同情境的图片,让学生用规劝句型说建议。
Listening exercise: 书本40页2(使用荔湾教育网的教师电子课本)(了解学生掌握情况,并培养学生将所学正确运用在不同的情景中。)

Make a poster of your rules and share your ideas with your classmates. (根据课前指定的各个不同的公共场所的文明指引进行小组内讨论并写下来,这将本节课的内容升华到写作部分,这是知识的整合以及延伸,一来检查学生对本节课知识的掌握情况,二来让学生在任务中更好地提高综合运用语言的能力,达到真正运用语言的目的。)
VI. Sum-up
Now John knows how to have good manners. And I am sure he will do the polite thing after this lesson. Everyone likes polite people. For example I like Shihan. Because she is polite. When she saw me in the morning. She would say: Good morning! Miss wong. When she saw me carrying sth, she would help me. So from now on, try to be a polite child of Liuhua Road Primary School.归纳本节课所学的内容并进行思想教育:教育学生在公共场合做一名“文明流花学子”。
Good manners make things easier. (及时对学生做思想教育,培养学生养成良好的文明礼仪习惯。)(使用PPT)
VII.Homework. 必做:1. 互相传阅各个小组的文明指引Add more rules and some signs。
选做:上网查找国外一些礼仪下节进行分享
