第三课时
Module 2 Diaries ------- Rewriting 施林霞
一、学生分析
本班学生有在英语学习方面,已养成了良好的学习习惯,如课前预习,每天听、跟读录音及单词的听写。他们有较强的语言感知能力,动手能力强、喜欢创作、表演,表现欲强,特别喜欢小组合作表演。经过U4 2个课时的学习,学生对日记的书写方式及如何用英语来描述种植的过程有一定的认识,能用过去时来讲述一件事情。本课时是让学生根据老师的启发自主地归纳英语日记的仿写等知识点。
二、教学内容分析
本课时是知识点和写作方法整理课,引导学生对第四课学过的知识主动地进行梳理与归纳,让学生更好地运用日记的形式来记录一件事情,进行语言的学习。运用并能在实际中灵活运用“Ws & H”方法进行简单的仿写。
三、教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
能掌握好本模块中要求学生掌握的单词,短语及植树句子。
(二)语言技能目标
1.能提取阅读材料中KEY WORDS,重组复述短文。
2.能结合自己的生活,运用”Ws & H”方法和正确的时态写一篇英语日记或叙述一件事。
(三)情感态度目标
通过本单元的学习,增强学生的参与,合作及环保意识。
(四)学习策略目标
1.鼓励学生积极参与各项学习活动中。
2.鼓励学生在小组合作中自主学习与复习,从中培养学生对知识进行归纳、对比
与梳理,达到能正确运用的能力。
四、教学策略
针对本节课特点,通过阅读,看图,问答,设计真实任务,促使学生在活动的过程中对知识自主地进行归纳、对比与梳理,让学生在做中、用中习得语言,使课堂教学更有实效性。
五、教学重、难点:
通过“Ws & H”
搜索信息,能运用正确的语法较快而准确地来谈论或叙述一件过去发生的事情。

七、教学过程
(一),复习与热身
Review and leading-in. Activity 1, Free Talk
Let the pupils remind the dairy points. ( day, date , weather;past tense) Activity 2,
How to plant a tree? (
the four steps ) (二)呈现与操练
Presentation and Practice Activity 1, Reread U4
Remind the pupils to think of the contents in Unit4. Activity 2, Memory Challenge
Let the pupils remind the main information by answering the questions. Activity 3, Conclude the Method (Ws & H)
Lead the pupils focus on the Ws & H and try to use these key
words to get the main information quickly. Activity 4, A New Try (group work)
Read a short passage as quickly as can and try to underline the key words. Let the pupils put the method into the actual practice.

Conclusion and Further Going
Activity1,
Small Stories Making. Encourage the pupils speak out some key words and link them together to make small stories.
Activity 2 Rewrite a New Diary
Watch a picture diary carefully and get the information(Ws & H)
in the method. Then rewrite a diary quickly. Pay attention to the diary point and the tense. (四)

Activity 1
listen to a new material and fill in the gap exercise. Activity 2, Homework
Read Unit5 and finish the diary according to the gap form exercise. Let the pupils use the method they learnt in class after school by themselves.
