一、教材分析
本课是外研社《新标准英语》一年级起点第二册上第十模块第一单元。本课的主要话题主要涉及Chinese New Year的学习,了解如何表达我们在中国新年里做的一些事情。Unit 1 的课文情境是春节到了,Sam 一家人来Daming 家作客。Daming 向客人们介绍在中国过春节要吃饺子。Amy 没有见过鞭炮,错以为是用来装饰头发的,Daming的爸爸告诉她这是鞭炮。随后大家一起放鞭炮庆祝春节。课文中Daming 一家通过介绍有特色的食物、活动,让Sam一家了解了春节,这种形式适合任何节日活动的介绍。
二、学情分析
二年级学生通过一年级英语学习的积累,熟悉了教师的课堂指令,积累了一定的词汇,能在功能句的帮助下进行简单表达。孩子们活泼可爱,求知欲望强,但稳定性差,注意力不易长时间集中,因此教学过程中多采用多媒体、图片、视频来激发学生的兴趣,调动学习的积极性。
三、教学目标

功能:谈论中国的春节。

了解中国重大节日,了解如何介绍春节,渗透爱国主义教育和感恩教育。
