本课时是EEC英语五年级上册第四课第二课时《What did you do after school？》，讲授新课Listen and Speak，听和说。所以在课堂上我尽量避免过多的语法传授，旨在于让学生们多听多说多练习，并且探讨发现掌握规律，提倡小组合作，让学生在合作中学习，学会讨论并且分享自己的想法，让每个孩子都有表达和说的机会，保护每个孩子在学习中的自尊心和积极性。另外在课堂上我所举的例子都是一些正能量的事情，我想利用这些渗透给孩子们一些德育教育，培养孩子养成一种好的生活习惯。

我认为我需要做个引导者而非灌输知识的人，小学英语教学是整个英语教学的最初级阶段，能够让孩子对英语产生热爱，我个人认为远比传授更多的知识显得重要，所以在课堂上我尽量让英语课生动起来，趣味性更强一些。这关系到孩子们在未来的英语学习中是否有浓厚的学习兴趣。另外，英语是一门语言，犹如中文一样，所以，交际能力以及口语在语言中是至关重要的，所以，让所有人都张开嘴巴说英语是我的追求目标。在这节课中，我也存在很多的不足，其实可以让孩子们说的更多，练的更多。课后我也和同事们多多沟通，及时发现问题和自己的不足，在今后的教学工作中有效的改善，让自己更加充实，以后我会更加努力！
