Step 1. Warm up 1. Try to know your new teacher. 2. Do you like helping your parents? What housework can you do? 3. Learn the names of the housework. ( clean the table, sweep the floor, wash the dishes, make the bed, wash clothes) Step 2. Pre-reading 1. Look at Mike’s family. They are busy. What are they doing in the morning? What are they doing in the afternoon? Step 3 While-reading 1. What are they doing in the morning?

Listen and judge 2. Learn the left part. 3. What are they doing in the afternoon? Fill in the blanks and then check. 4. Learn the right part. 5. Read the whole story. Step 4 Post-reading 1. What happened in the evening?

What are they doing after dinner? 2. Loving our parents, helping our parents.
