设计理念

五年级下册第五单元Helping our parents Story time这个版块是以Mike的视角呈现了Brown一家人周六一天的生活场景。课文由上午和下午两个场景组成，主要内容是家务劳动。通过云平台，ipad先进的教育设备的交互使用，培养学生的学习兴趣，鼓励同学们大胆运用英语参与实践并及时予以表扬和鼓励，使他们获得学习英语的成就感和喜悦感。

教学内容

五下Unit 5 Helping our parents Story time 教学目标

1. 能够在文本阅读过程中，理解parent, clean, sweep, busy, wash, dish等词的意义，并能够在语言输出活动中初步运用这些词汇进行听说交际；

2. 能够理解并初步运用What are you doing? What is he/she doing? 等句型询问别人正在做什么；

3. 能够在教师的引导和帮助下尝试用第三人称复述Mike一家人的活动；

4. 能够让学生学会关心父母，主动帮助父母分担家务。

能理解现在进行时的定义，并尝试初步运用。

教学过程

Step 1 Warming up

1. Free talk 2. Sing a song “What are you doing?”

Step 2 Story time T: You did a good job. Here’s a carnation for you. To collect more carnations, we should help our parents and finish some tasks. Today we’ll learn Unit 5 Helping our parents. Task 1 Guess and say

Step 3 Consolidation T: Let’s enjoy a short video. T: I hope you can help your parents at home, try to do what you can do at home. Step 4 Homework 1. Record a short video about what you do for your parents at home, and you upload it online. 2. Finish the exercises on the ipad.
