本课话题是中国的传统节日。本版块通过介绍中国的四大传统节日：春节，端午节，中秋节和重阳节，来学习月份和食物类单词等。并且要会用句型The …

festival is in…. People eat ...People do…来介绍中国的传统节日。

【设计理念】

本课我设计读前活动——猜谜游戏来导入，自然地学习本课生词，激发学生的学习兴趣。在读中活动，我用一个核心问题“What do you want to know about Chinese festivals?”来启发学生们的思考，合理地预测课文接下来要讲的几大方面。并由这些问题切入，细读课文，理清细节。在读后活动，我设计了复述某一个节日，这既降低了复述全文的难度，又让学生们内化语言，进行语言的输出。最后，教育孩子们不忘中国传统节日，做到了情感的渗透。

【教学目标】

1.能听懂、会说、会读单词

spring festival, mid-autumn festival, dragon boat festival, the double ninth festival, rice cake, dumpling等。

2.能听懂、会说、会读句型

3.能正确的理解和朗读课文，并尝试复述某一个节日。

【教学过程】

T:I like delicious food. I like dumplings. 呈现生词dumplings，教读并且操练。

【设计思路】简单地打招呼后，直接进入主题。

课件中呈现生词moon cake,rice dumplings, Dragon Boat Festival，教读并且操练。

【设计意图】通过简单的口语交际和猜谜游戏激发学生兴趣，为新知识的引入做铺垫，使学生能迅速参与到英语会话的情境中。

【设计意图】让学生带着问题看课文动画，整体呈现语篇，初步感知课文内容，并自然地揭示本课话题。

【设计意图】本课是通过三方面内容来介绍中国节日的，让学生根据本课的话题进行提问，培养学生的发散性思维能力，同时为课文的内容学习进行预测。

【设计意图】这三个教学活动从整体到细节，由易到难，充分围绕中国节日的三方面展开：食物，时间和人们的活动。让学生通过快速浏览，听，细读课文的不同方式，理解课文，培养学生自主学习的能力。

【设计意图】复述课文是本课的一大难点，让学生根据句型提示复述文本信息，降低了复述难度，同时让学生内化了所学语言，让他们能够学以致用。
