Module 3 Unit 3 Language in use 教材分析

本课所使用的教材是外语教学与研究出版社出版的中小学英语教材-----《英语》（新标准）初一年级下册。

本模块话题的选择十分符合教学实际，能帮助学生解决学习缺乏计划性的问题，有利于培养学生良好的学习习惯。本模块以周末计划为主题，引导学生掌握be going to的表达方式，使学生在掌握语言结构的同时，增强生活中的计划意识，同时也增强学习的计划意识。

本节课的课型是听说课型。对话的内容是两个学生Betty和Daming在谈论周末计划，具体到星期六的早、午、晚和星期天的早、午、晚分别计划做什么。通过本节课的学习，学生能用句型“be going to do sth.”谈论自己的周末计划。

【教学目标】

（一）语言知识目标

1、功能：计划、打算、意图的表达与询问。

2、语法：一般将来时：be going to的意义和用法。

3、

词汇：plan, revise, revise for, picnic, have a picnic, test, at the weekend, get up early, have a piano lesson, check my email, do my homework, revise for my test, have a picnic, stay in bed, buy some clothes, go to a party. （二）语言技能目标

1、听：能听懂包含计划的对话，判断对方的计划。

2、说：能用“be going to”表达自己或询问别人的计划，安排和打算。

（三）学习策略

1、合作学习策略：互相学习，取长补短，学习他人所制订的有意义的周末计划。

2、能够将某些词汇（活动）和周末计划联系起来运用。

（四）情感态度

通过学习用英语谈论周末计划来提高学生对英语的学习兴趣，并养成良好的有计划的生活和学习习

惯，保持乐观的态度。

【重点难点】

1、一般将来时“be going to”的构成和用法。

2、“be going to”中be的变化和表将来的时间状语：at the weekend。

四、教学方法

（一）情景教学法：给学生创造外语语言氛围。注重情景的创设，围绕课文“周末计划”主题，将每一个环节要点及时呈现给学生，以帮助学生构建知识体系，掌握关键点，并能准确地表达。

（二）互动教学法：课堂上采取“互动式”的教学法，引导学生积极参与到教学活动中，让多数学生有充分表现自己的机会，大胆地表达自己周末打算做什么。

（三）小组合作学习方法：在一定的语言输入之后，拓展部分要求学生进行语言输出时，开展小组活动进行语言交际与运用，谈论彼此的周末计划，保证每个学生都有说英语的机会，通过小组合作学习帮助学生掌握本节课重点语言句型，提高课堂效率。

五、教学过程

课前：观看《洪恩Gogo学英语38 Magicians》，视频生动有趣，能迅速吸引学生兴趣，视频里面有大量的和本节课相关的句型

“What are you going to do?”“I am going to …”，让学生在听觉上体会感悟。

Step 1. Revision and presentation. 【教师活动】Show students pictures of some different activities in our daily life. Ask them what they are doing or what they are going to do. 【学生活动】Try to say out the activities and revise the usage of present continuous tense. 1. Listen! The little girl is _____________________. ( having a piano lesson)（叫一位同学回答）

小结归纳：表示现在进行时的时间状语有：listen, look, now, at the moment；现在进行时的构成是：be doing sth.。表示一般将来时的时间状语有：at the weekend；一般将来时的构成是：be going to do sth.。

【设计意图】复习旧知，引入新课。通过图片导入本课所需要掌握的词汇和复习上一个模块的时态：现在进行时be doing，为下面的一般将来时be going to do句型的教学做好准备。

Step 2. Listening and vocabulary 【教师活动】Play the tape of P14, Activity 1. Then call back answers as phrases. (e.g. buy some clothes). 【学生活动】Listen and match the words in Box 1 with the words in Box 2. 【设计意图】为听对话作准备，用于解决对话中出现的词汇障碍。

Step 3. Matching and vocabulary. 【教师活动】Show students pictures of some different activities in our daily life. P14, Activity 2. Then call back answers as phrases. 【学生活动】Write the phrases in Activity 1 under the pictures. Students read the phrases together. 【设计意图】本活动有助于训练学生掌握词语的搭配，为对话学习做好准备。

Step 4. Situational leading-in. Ask and answer.

【师生活动】Show students pictures of P14, Activity 2. Teacher ask 8 different students. “What are you going to do at the weekend?”

Students answer the teacher’s questions. “I am going to … at the weekend.”

T: What are you going to do at the weekend? S1: I am going to have a piano lesson at the weekend. S2: I am going to check my email at the weekend. S3: I am going to do my homework at the weekend. S4: I am going to revise for my test at the weekend. S5: I am going to have a picnic at the weekend. S6: I am going to stay in bed at the weekend. S7: I am going to buy some clothes at the weekend. S8: I am going to go to a party at the weekend. 【设计意图】第一副图片找一位英语成绩比较好的同学和老师一起对话作为示范，其他学生在成功地回答了另外七个问题后，同学们基本上掌握了本节课八个重要短语，并对询问别人周末计划和怎么回答询问的句型有了基本了解，为学习对话做好了铺垫。

Step 5. Practising. Ask and answer. 【学生情境交际活动】Look at 8 pictures. 8 pairs of students ask and answer. Talk about Betty’s weekend plan. S1: What is she going to do on Saturday morning? S2: She is going to get up early and do her homework on Saturday morning. S3: What is she going to do on Saturday afternoon? S4: She is going to have a piano lesson. S5: What is she going to do on Saturday evening. S6: She is going to check her email. S7: What is she going to do on Sunday morning? S8: She is going revise for her lesson. S9: What is she going to do on Sunday afternoon? S10: She is going to go to a party and have a picnic. S11: What is she going to do on Sunday evening? S12: She is going to buy some clothes. 【设计意图】让学生区别be going to do句型中主语单复数发生变化时be动词的变化，并让更多的同学参与到情境交际练习中，突破本节课重点句型。

Step 6. Watching a flash. 【教师活动】Play a flash of P14, Activity 3. Ask the students two questions. 1. What is the dialogue about? A. The weekend. B. Plans for the weekdays. C. Plans for the weekend. 2. Is Betty going to have a picnic with Daming, Lingling and Tony?

【设计意图】做好了词汇和重点句型的铺垫，就正式进入主要话题，教师要求学生观看本节课对话的动画进行听力训练，初听的主要目的是对话的整体理解。动画素材来源于教材参考资料，直观生动，能吸引学生的兴趣，达到训练听力的目的。

Step 7. Listening and matching. 【教师活动】Play the tape of P14, Activity 3.

【学生活动】Listen to the dialogue and choose the correct answers. P15, Activity 4. Then 6 pairs ask and answer to check the answers. Step 8. Reaing and filling the table. 【教师活动】 Ask students to read the dialogue loudly in groups, then fill in the table on P15, Activity 7. 【学生活动】Read the dialogue loudly. Work in pairs. Ask and answer to complete the tale. Then tell Daming’s weekend plan and Betty’s weekend plan.

Daming’s weekend plan On Saturday morning, Daming is going to check his email and do his homework. On Saturday afternoon, he is going to have a piano lesson. On Sunday afternoon, he is going to meet Lingling and Tony in the park and have a picnic.

Betty’s weekend plan On Saturday afternoon, Betty is going to buy some clothes. On Saturday evening, she is going to go to a party and listen to some music. On Sunday morning, she is going to stay in bed, then she is going to revise for her test. On Sunday afternoon, she is going to meeting Lingling and Tony in the park and have a picnic. 【设计意图】学生通过大声朗读课文，加深对课文的理解和培养良好的语感。完成表格时Betty

指导学生如何用正确的、最快的方式获取必要的信息，进行阅读方法指导。看着表格，全班一齐口头上说出Daming和Betty的周末计划，为下一步如何用句型be going to do表达My weekend plan做好了铺垫。

Step 9. Development. 【学生活动】Make a plan for the coming weekend and share with classmates, with a beginning and an ending like this: “This is my weekend plan.”

“I am going to have a good time. What’s your plan?”

【设计意图】这一个环节是本节听说课里的语言输出部分，主要是培养学生的英语口头表达能力，从而掌握be going to的用法，并为第二单元的写作课如何写周末计划做好充分的准备。

Step 10. Sum up and homework 通过本节课的学习，我们掌握了8个重点短语，如何用be going to表达打算、计划做某事，并能用英语表达说出自己的周末计划。
