War and Peace Reading Practice 本文通过对丘吉尔的简略介绍，从而引入他的五次演讲的时间、背景以及演讲中的名句，通过对文章中丘吉尔的名言的意义的探讨，帮助学生深入理解这些名句，并引导学生能够运用英语语言做简短的演讲。

学情分析

高二年级下期的学生已经具备了一定的词汇量，在理解文章大意方面没有太大问题，但是在理解丘吉尔的famous speeches时会有一定的困难，但是老师可以引导学生完成此任务。
