一、教学目标

1.知识与技能目标

(1)能够利用上下文、插图及已有的知识理解故事内容和细节信息。

(2)教师激发学生使用阅读策略和阅读方法的意识。

(3)促进学生思维能力的发展，例如：对故事内容的推测能力，小组合作能力等。

2. 学习策略目标

（1）帮助学生养成阅读策略并培养学生的阅读意识，促进学生对故事推测、理解能力的发展。

（2）通过共同完成故事表演的任务，发展小组合作的基本学习策略。

3.情感态度目标

在讨论理解故事的过程中增强学生对家人关爱的意识。

二、教学重难点分析

教学重点：学生能运用多种阅读策略理解故事内容。

教学难点：学生能借助图片、提示词等帮助复述故事。

五、教学过程

步骤1：warm-up

(5分钟)

Greeting:hello,boys and girls, how are you today?.......... T:We know Christmas is Dec 25th.At Christmas,what do people have in western country?(插入有关圣诞节的图片，复习之前学过的相关知识，并为接下来的学习做准备。) 2.

sing a song 步骤2：presentation（新课呈现）

Picture 1 T:Today we’ll learn a story together,it’s Maddy’s Christmas. Do you know Maddy?（轻松谈话引入本课人物Maddy,并提问引发学生思考。）

出示故事中的第一幅图picture 1，提问

T:What do you see in the picture? What is she thinking about?What is she going to do? Please read picture 1 loudly. 学生带着问题快速阅读第一幅图，并回答。之后课件上呈现第一幅图段落，请几名同学来读一读，最后大家一起读一读。并提问学生关于这段的相关语法知识（一般将来时的应用）。

picture 2 课件出示第二幅图picture 2，提问T:How about this picture? Guess, what is Maddy thinking about?Does she want to give her family a Christmas tree? Read it loudly and answer these questions. (1)

What is Maddy going to give her family?（请学生回答完后带读重点句子I want to give my family something special for

Christmas.）

If you are Maddy,what will you buy for your family? (教师提问是小学英语课堂教学中最常用的教学技巧和手段，也是教师课堂话语的重要组成部分。尤其是那些具有启发意义的问题，不仅引起学生的兴趣，还引起学生积极的思维和想象。各种意想不到的、极具创意的答案纷纷出来。) 3.

picture 3-6 （1）提问T:Maddy wants to give her family something special for

Christmas!Yesterday she went shopping,but she didn’t buy any gifts,why? Let’s listen and read,then talk about it in your groups. 播放第一遍录音，并完成连线题目练习，之后请学生试着用（bought…for…造句），之后再次播放录音，学生逐句跟读并回答以下问题：a.Maddy didn’t buy any gift,why? b.Did they see Santa?What did Santa do? (通过播放录音让学生初步感知文章大意，并通过连线练习检测听力情况，和练习运用学过的短语bought…for…造句，之后再次跟读文章，加深理解并通过讨论回答明白Maddy为什么没买礼物，呼应第二幅图片中原句“I don’t know,all the gifts are too small.”) 4.

picture 7-9 （1）提问T:Maddy is a big monster,but all the gifts are too small.Christmas is coming tomorrow,what will she do?What’s her

special gift?(read picture 7-9,talk about it in your groups.) 学生阅读后小组讨论找出答案：Maddy makes a special card for her family. （2）之后请学生再次阅读，并判断以下句子是否正确。

a.They put flowers on their house. b.Everyone in Maddy’s family puts gifts under the tree. c.Everyone likes Maddy’s gift.(在判断句子正误这一环节并配以相应图片，引导学生把正确的的语句说出来，检测他们对文章的理解力和口语表达能力。) 最后总结T:Yes,everyone likes Maddy’s gift,because her gift is a special card.(引导学生一起说出来)。

(通过问题的引导设置，帮助学生理解7-9图片内容，小组合作讨论，起到互帮互助的作用，带动所有人参与到学习中来。而通过句子判断正误的练习，使学生在有限的时间更好的把握和理解文章。) 5.

Picture 10 （1）提问T:Maddy makes a special card,what is the card about?学生自由阅读最后一幅图，并回答。之后播放录音，请学生跟读跟唱。

（2）总结引发思考Maddy’s gift actually(实际上) is____________ The biggest/best gift is________. 步骤3：Practice(练习运用)

给出关键词及相应图片，如：Christmas,gifts,small,card,song等，请学生试着来复述文章大意。之后请学生试着把短文补充完整，并请学生来读一读，可以分组读或男女生分开读，并对他们进行不同的评价。

本课是一个复习课，在讲授时，主要通过每幅图片的引导进行提问，来引导学生阅读思考，也通过小组合作考验他们的合作学习能力。在教授时，在讲授“Maddy didn’t buy any gift,why?”时，一些学生找不到答案，花费时间较长，我也就稍显慌张，提醒了他。另外在最后文章的主旨句The biggest gift is love时，应该突出一下主题，让学生有所感悟，这块儿应该在有所加强，并请学生来表达一下对家或家人的爱的感悟。
