能通过熟读、小组合作、表演等熟练运用What’s the weather like today? It’s cloudy / windy / sunny / rainy / snowy/ ... 就天气情况进行问答。

Step1.Warming up:

1、Let’s sing a song. 2、Let’s encourage ourselves.(我们来鼓励一下自己)

I am great. I am great. I am really great. I am great. I am great. I am really really great. Step2. Revisions:

1、Revise the words.(PPT出示words，学生闪读。) 教师：今天我们来学习Unit 5 What’s the weather like today?(出示并板书课题，请学生读课题)。

2、Let’s play a game:

教师出示单词卡片，学生拍读单词。

Step3. Leading in the new part: 1、T：Look at the sky, What’s the weather like today?

S:It’s sunny. 2、PPT出示图片。

T：What can you see in the picture? S:A sun,some clouds,trees and grass. T:What’s the weather like ? S:It’s sunny.

T：What’s the weather like today? Ss：It’s sunny. T：Is it cloudy? Ss：No. It’s not cloudy. 3、出示天气图片，问：What’s the weather like ?学生答：It’s sunny. 教师贴图。其他的由学生问，学生答。

4、出示教学卡片,问答练习

（1）rainy.

T：Look,it’s raining now.What’s the weather like today?

Ss：It’s rainy.走下学生，指名问答。

T：What’s the weather like today?

S1：It’s rainy.

T：Is it rainy?

S1：Yes,it’s rainy.

T：I think you should take your umbrella with you.(教师拿起雨伞)

板书: take your umbrella

(2)cloudy.

T：What’s the weather like today? Ss：It’s cloudy. T：Is it cloudy? Ss：Yes, it’s cloudy. T：Take your coat with you.(教师动作展示) (3)sunny

T：What’s the weather like today? Ss：It’s sunny. T:Take your sunglasses with you. 4、Learn more(拓展练习)

（1）出示西安图片，问：What’s the weather like today in Xi'an?

还可以这样说：How is the weather in Xi'an? （2）出示晴天图片，答：It's sunny.

（3）出示天气预报图片：展示三个城市，学生间问答。

5、Act：Who is a good weather man?谁是优秀的小天气预报员？

出示天气预报图指派学生做小小天气预报员。

Step4.listen and practise.

1、Let’s listen. 2、Pair work：Read the dialogue with your partner.(与同学/搭档/同桌练习对话)。

3、Let’s read.让两位学生上台展示，补填对话。

4、Read the dialogue in your group with your favourite way.（选择自己组喜欢的方式读对话）

Step5.Show time：

1、Act the dialogue：指派三位代表上台展示，分别扮演Mom，Wu Chen and Dad.

2、Let’s chant.(创编儿歌) 打起节拍，练习chant。
