Lesson14教学设计
教学目标:
1、just speak部分通过刚飞临地球的机器人与师生对话的情景,让学生学习如何用How are you? Fine, thank you. 相互问候。能用It has…来描述人物。
2、Just read部分学习认读face, mouth能够听懂、会说,能在句子中运用。
教学重点:
会用It has…来描述人物。准确掌握单词face, mouth. 教学难点:It has…的准确运用。mouth的读音。
教学过程设计
Step 1
Warming up 1、Greetings. T: Hello, boys and girls. You look wonderful today, Let’s begin our class. First of all, let’s sing a song. OK? 2、sing a song. Hello, how are you? 【设计意图】这一环节是师生相互沟通、交流的有利时机,在短暂的时间里激发学生的学习热情,通过听、说、动手,让学生在最短的时间内进入学习状态。
Step 2 Explanation of Assessment. 1、You will be in four groups: Group One, Group Two, Group
Three and Group Four. I’ll give every group leader a pen and a piece of paper. If you do well or answer my questions correctly, I’ll tell your leader to draw one of the body parts. In the end, we’ll see which group has the most body parts, the students of that group will be the winners. 【设计意图】这堂课我将学生分成四组,给每位组长发一张纸和一支绘画笔,哪位同学表现出色,该组组长将根据教师的指令画一个人体的部位。最后哪组的图画得最完整,哪组就获胜。将评价与新学的内容紧密联系起来,既刺激了学生的学习动机,提高新词的复现率,又是一个有效地掌控课堂的手段,同时还将本课重点句子Draw a nose/face…融入评价中,最后在总结评价时还可以借此巩固新词的复数形式。
2、Every group leader, draw a face, please. 在学生还没有学习新词之前,教师可将这个指令带手势重复两次,并逐一检查,让组长明白如何做。
Step 3、Learning the new dialogue. 1、Today we are going to learn Lesson14
Look at my nose. First of all, I’ll show you a new friend. Can you guess who he is? 老师将robot 用几个带问号的图片盖上,然后让学生进行猜测。
2、Which part do you want to see first? OK, let’s see his eye first!(点开其中一张图片,露出一只眼睛)Look, this is his
eye. (再点开另一张图片,露出另一只眼睛)Eyes! Two big eyes! (用手指着自己的眼睛,配上夸张的手势自问自答)Are my eyes big or small? Small. (配上手势带读)Eyes, big eyes, small eyes. (学生书空,教师在黑板上的四线格板书)Now, show me your fingers. Let’s write “eye” together. Group leaders, draw an eye for your group, please! 3、Which part do you want to see next? OK, face! (点击图片,再现机器人的脸,教学face) 同法教授mouth. Let students make some phrases with “mouth”, a big mouth, a small mouth /His mouth is big. /Her mouth is small. 4、Now please copy the words face mouth 3 times. 【设计意图】学生在新词学习中始终调动多种感官积极参与,这时候教师安排几分钟书写的环节,既能让学生做到动静结合,又能及时检查学生的书写情况。
5、Listen to the tape. Read the dialogue after the tape. Act the dialogue in groups. Step 4 Consolidation 1、I say the body parts and you touch them.(老师用手势帮助
学习理解touch一词)
Touch, touch, touch, touch your eye. Touch, touch, touch, touch your face. ……
速度越来越快,直至学生能熟练指出。
2、Now I touch, you say the body parts.(学生由单一的反应到开口说) 3、Let’s play an interesting game. When I say “nose”, you can touch any part of your body except nose. Understand? OK, everybody, stand up. If you get it wrong, you will sit down! 最后看哪一组让着的人最多,请那个组的组长画两只耳朵,次之的组画一只耳朵。
Step 5 Extension 1、Look at the blackboard. Who are they? (1)Two small eyes, a small nose, a small mouth, two long ears. Yes, a rabbit. (2)Two small eyes, a long nose, a big mouth, two small ears. Good ! A fox! 教师边说边在黑板上画几种动物,引导学生说一说这几种动物的特征。
2、Look at these pictures. Can you describe one of them? (robot, giraffe, eggplant )
拿出准备好的动物彩图贴切在墙上,让学生选择其中一幅来描述,所需词汇:a big head/two black eyes/a long neck/a long nose/two yellow eyes…
3、Who can make a riddle? 请学生设计谜面,让同学猜,教师负责提供所需词汇。有组员主动描述的,该组获得一个画一个五官的机会。
Step 6 Summary and Homework 1、Let’s see which group is the winner. Two eyes, a face, a nose, a head, one ear…
利用It has…句型让学生总结评比,既巩固了本课所学句型又让学生学会了名词的复数。
2、Take out the sheet and fill in the form. 学生拿出课前教师发给他们的一张评价表,内容包括:心情指数、兴趣指数、合作交往、我的收获、我的疑惑。评价表不仅是学生对这堂课表现的自我评价,更是学生对教师授课方式,授课能力的评价。回收并分析该表,有助于教师及时了解教学效果,及时对下一步教学做出调整。
