教学内容：Unit2 My Favorite Season Part B Read and Write 教学目标：

认知目标

（1）

能够听，说，读，写本课时四会句子: which season do you like best? I like …best. Summer is beautiful, but fall is my favorite season. 并能在情景中正确运用。

能力目标

通过学习，学生能够了解一些季节的相关活动，以及对自己最喜欢的季节以及原因进行谈论辩论。

通过学习，学生掌握相关的阅读技巧，正确理解文章意义。

通过文本阅读，以及口头表达，学生能够提升英语写作能力。

教学重难点：

重点：能使用句型 I like summer, because ……

难点：对自己最喜欢的季节以及原因进行书面描述，并能用句型I like——because I can.....描述自己最喜欢的季节”

教学步骤：

1.Pre-reading

1.Greetings.

2.Read a story about a frog .

(通过师生共读绘本“井底之蛙”一起回顾复习了本单元前几个课时的内容：spring，summer，autumn，winter及这四个季节的天气及活动I like … .It’s … .There is/are….I want to /I can… .) 3.Free talk ：what is your favorite season？

T: Tell me, Which season do you like best? S: I like winter best. T: Why? S: Because I can make a snowman. I can …. step2 .While-reading 1.

Present the picture of Robin and ask Ss to guess which season does Robin like best ? 2.

Play the tape and ask Ss to listen and try to find out the answer . 3.

Listen to the tape again,and ask Ss to read along.Then find out the keys to these questions: A.Why does Robin like spring ? B.Can Robin swim in summer? C.What does Robin want to do in autumn? D.What can Robin do in winter? 4.Check the answers. 5.ask the Ss to read after th teacher and finish the exercises on page 19.Then check the answers and explain the word “fall”. (引导学生用多种阅读方法去读这个材料，在每次阅读后都设计不同的问题，让孩子学会带着问题去阅读。培养了学生的阅读思维品质）

Step 3.post-reading 1.

Lead Ss to enjoy some pictures of Hefei and read a passage about the seasons in Hefei. 2.

Modle a poem for Ss about the seasons . My favourite season

Ask Ss to write their own poem. 4.

Show time :Ask Ss to read their own poem. (通过合肥的一些四季的图片激发学生对于自己城市季节的热爱，同时激发孩子的创作热情。一首小诗既能让学生应用本单元所学，又可以让孩子有美的教育和美的享受。）
